    An update: I sent another email two days ago. This makes the fifth one since March and one phone call to Keymaster. Not one damned response from him.

    I think a few of you need to rethink your high opinion of him.

    I feel your pain bro.

    I joined Dec 17 2017. Waited almost 7 months after countless emails asking when I could post on forums.

    No response.

    I caved in and signed up for the ghost account. Within seconds I was able to post LOL.

    The site has no problem accepting my money, but I feel like I am going to end up in your situation eventually.

    I really don’t want to pay $5 every month just to post when I was able to post for free back in 2014. I never should have deleted my old account. Oh well.

    Update: He still hasn’t responded to my request for cancellation and / or refund. To top that off, he billed me again for July. He’s nothing but a thief. Don’t ever give him your billing info.

    For those folks that recommend stopping payment. It can’t be done on a debit card. I can kill the debit card, but it will take 2-3 weeks for a replacement.

    I’ll close the bank account in September because that’s when my requested change for depositing my government pension will take effect.

    Seriously though, I downgraded when my job became uncertain, but I’m doing well now, so I will upgrade again.

    It took several months for me to get a response but the full amount was refunded to me from the point of my request (and some more) – I told him he didn’t have to do that.

    You will get your money.

    That is a blatant lie. Honestly sir (ma’am whatever it is), are you mentally handicapped? It’s an honest question since you’re utterly incapable of managing simple finances and a checking account. Call your f~~~ing bank and STOP PAYMENT. People do this everyday, it’s simple and will likely cost you a small bank fee. What’s more, you can actually CHARGEBACK any type of payment. You can literally get all your money back by initiating a chargeback and showing that you cancelled 3 months ago. You will get your measly $15 back you f~~~ing assclown. Quit trolling this site you f~~~er. This is a sanctuary for MEN, they charge $5 a month to keep out women, trolls and f~~~ing idiots from being able to post. It’s a tiny sum of money per month, costs less than a tube of toothpaste. You’re a moron for complaining over $5, and being too stupid to STOP PAYMENT or chargeback the payment. CALL YOUR BANK TODAY you penny pinching old gypsy.

    Remember everyone, this guy is complaining about $5 a month. ($15 total, he is demanding as a refund). Are you s~~~ting me? You have the nerve to call someone a thief, when YOU are the one who signed up and isn’t smart enough to manage your own finances. I do not believe you are an adult.

    Next, it’s an utter lie that you can’t stop payment. Call you bank, most will not charge you at all, they just stop automatic payment. Takes two minutes.

    Your entire thread is not only a lie, but you are trying to tarnish this site. You are a either a troll/spy or just a complete nincompoop. F~~~ off. You were treated hospitably before. That time is over. Get the hell outta here.

    Gravel pit – you’re right it’s such a small amount of money.

    I felt a bit tight for downgrading. I didn’t really need to. Just being paranoid thinking I’m gonna end up on the street when I was still comfortable.

    It’s his right to cancel his subscription though.

    This thing with your bank though………I find it very hard to believe that they will not help you. If this is true, I’d definitely switch banks, because that is one s~~~ty f~~~ing bank. When someone was making fraudulent charges on my debit card, my bank not only credited those charges back to my account, but gave me some cash while I waited on my new card to arrive, which didn’t take very long.

    The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.

    I found it hard to believe too, but that is exactly what the bank said. “We cannot reverse and / or stop charges on a debit card. They offered to cancel the card, but it would take 2 – 3 weeks for a new one to arrive. They are in a different state than I live in. I told them it wasn’t an option, as I pay all monthly bills with that card. They offered to increase my withdrawl limit one time, so that I could get the cash. In this case, it wouldn’t help. I won’t deal with this bank after September. Trust me, I tried to take the quick and easy way, but it’s not available to me at this time. So worst case scenario, he gets to bill again in August and September. It shouldn’t be this difficult and if I had received even a simple response to any of my requests and the reason for the delays, I wouldn’t give it another thought. Thanks for your optimism and reasoned response. I hope you’re right.

    Never EVER use a debit card for anything other than point of sale. Don’t they teach personal finance in the schools any more?

    It’s very difficult to be refunded to a debit card once funds have been lost (which is why you only ever use debit cards for point of sale), but canceling future automatic payments is no different than for a credit card.

    Bulls~~~ again. Either your bank is full of s~~~, or you are. Reversing charges is very difficult (which, again, is why you only use debit cards for point of sale), but can usually be managed. But stopping future charges is a matter of a few clicks in the database.

    Meshak was refunded ALL months back to February and notified on AUG 22 by email with proof of cancellation.

    No you won’t. You were refunded ALL months (2) – including your original upgrade – and notified on AUG 12.

    Neither of you will be downgraded either and your participant permissions will remain.

    EVERY member who ever clicked the subscription “cancel” button has been cancelled, refunded retroactively and notified by email with proof of cancellation.

    There may be a few still pending who used the contact form to request it manually, but we are confirming that now.
