    Over the past two months, I’ve sent three email messages via contact regarding cancelling my paid subscription. I’ve gone into the settings and cancelled the subscription.

    I’ve yet to receive a single response and the billing continues.

    I know you are better than this. A public post is my second to last option.

    How about a little help here.

    Keymaster was ill so he probably just has a back log of emails to get through.

    Maybe contact your bank and tell them to stop the payment.

    Check your billing statement email. There are a couple options listed (not using the sites email) for billing questions and requests.

    Ok gentlemen. I just got billed again. Despite requesting cancellation for the past three months. I’ve used the contact form, I’ve emailed the address on the invoice and I’ve called the phone number on the invoice.

    No f~~~ing response, not one. As far as him being honorable….unfortunately that has not been my experience.

    My next steps are my bank to report fraud and on to social media. Yes….it’s only five dollars, but I don’t like getting screwed.

    Monthly subscriptions/ upgrades can be cancelled at any time ( no judgment ), and we will take care of these (and refund retroactively ). So if you cancelled last month, don’t worry, we’ll refund that and send confirmation by email with proof of cancellation for peace of mind.

    Agreed. I can see his point. He doesn’t want to participate in this site and doesn’t want to be charged for something he isn’t going to use. I can’t blame him.

    I hope the problem will soon be resolved.

    You started an account here a year ago and then did nothing with it for 11 months. So you got charged $5 a month for a year. Where were you for 11 months!

    You could have gotten out of this measly $5 a month subscription 10 months ago or anytime during Fall, Winter or Spring.

    Now you show up claiming to be so frustrated about $15 that you want to claim fraud and attack MGTOW on social media!!! That is what I have a problem with, your f~~~ing attitude.

    Its one thing to say, “hey, I’m trying to get out of the thing, having trouble, can someone help? and then there’s doing what you just did over $15. Screw you

    Get a new credit card number or contest it with your credit card company.

    Yeah, that’s easy enough. My credit card company has helped me on more than one occasion. They should be able to stop it.

    However, I still think KM will take care of it and reimburse him. I don’t believe he would try to take 15 or 20 bucks from someone.

    Again, I think Keymaster will fix this for you, but if you’re tired of waiting, you don’t have to “kill your card”. Just call them, (card company), and tell them the situation and they should stop the monthly payments.
