Some of them, yes, but the majority or looking for a state where it’s effectively illegal for a man not to serve the needs of a woman, whatever those needs may be. Women generally do consider telling a woman ‘no’ to be an acceptable answer. They are more then shame you for doing so, and blame everything wrong with society and with women’s behavior on men.

Really, they are pushing things from both sides. A man is wrong when he takes control and when he doesn’t take control. The goal is for men to just do what a women wants from him whenever she wants with her even having to state what she wants. If you do not, you need to be removed from society.
