Wrong. You don’t know me. I’m just calling things as I seem them.

Whether or not you choose to take offense is entirely on you. No offense was intended. I was merely making an accurate description of your behavior.

What would you call someone who has to catch every. single. pokemon? Because “Gotta catch ’em all!” Well that’s pretty damn autistic.

What do you call someone who pays out dollar after dollar to buy drinks for every “pretty face” in a bar? Well that’s pretty damn thirsty. And pathetic.

So what do we call someone who has to watch every. single. marvel movie? Because “Gotta watch ’em all!”.

You’re reading way too damn much into my statement. I want to watch them all, and don’t mind if one is on the crappy side. I enjoy the time spent with the movie and with my kids. I’m not going to stop that just so that I can properly fit in with the anti-feminist agenda. And I have no problem with that agenda.

And that, right there, is why they continue to make crap feminist films. Chumps keep paying them for them.

And I really don’t care if they do or not. I’m not making my movie choices based on political statements, it’s for my own entertainment. Others can do what they want, don’t care.

    Ok. Then do it.

Crappy is not the case here. The film itself is almost irrelevant. Even if it’s the greatest movie ever, why would you reward the s~~~ that snowflake Brie Larson is saying and the s~~~ty way the movie studio is treating their would-be customers?

I’m not making my movie choices based on political statements, it’s for my own entertainment.

And that, right there, is how those s~~~ty political agendas persist.

Feminism doesn’t win because it’s strong. Or smart. Or right. It wins because apathetic, unprincipled, irresponsible, ignorant, and weak men can’t be bothered to say: “No.” And then hand over twelve dollars.

    Enjoy your bread and circuses.

I can barely watch a film that has a kick ass female heroine. It’s so unrealistic and has been done so many times that it’s unbearable.

#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.

I didn’t read everyone’s replies but yeah… that movie seems annoying as f~~~.

About female heroines, I just keep in mind that their lines were written by men which is why they’re oh-so intelligent in films. lol

Also, add Wes Anderson to the list of great directors and writers. Anyway, I like him. Great humor, great films, old school effects in his films (rarely needs special effects anyway).

    Anyway, bye… lol

Its a cyborg fighting other robots and s~~~ based off a Japanese Manga series…if you want to see realistic this wouldn’t be a movie for you even if the main character was a male lol.

Yes, how cold I forget! Wes Anderson is a Master of his craft. Even the wimpier films he made which I thought I didn’t like, I actually like them alot! I was rewatching Rushmore the other day. That movie is FUNNY AS F~~~.

There is still one I haven’t seen of his, a film about two kids stuck on an island or something. I want to watch it but the only place to get it is the Movie Trading Co. by my house and Im not willing to pay $25 to take that big a risk. Soon I will give in though.

The Life Aquatic, The Royal Tenanbaums, Grand Budapest Hotel ….
Wes Anderson POSSIBLY gave us the best of Bill Murray? Anyone debating this???

That scene where he bolt-cutters the the kid’s bicycle lock, takes the bike, runs it over repeatedly with the car, then puts it back on the bike rack. Im hunched over dying of amusement.

Rushmore is excellent. So are all the others. I don’t feel like influencing you, but Moonrise Kingdom isn’t on my favourite’s list. It has good bits but it isn’t Rushmore. Damn it…

And no, I’m not debating this. Bill Murray is in my Top 3 of Best Actors because of Anderson’s films.

edit: fun fact about Rushmore: the final song is Ooh La La by The Faces, which talks about “women’s ways”.

Seen it twice. The heroine is sympathetic and likeable, good action scenes etc. Would happily watch more in series. Considering boycotting Captain Marvel due to that outspoken narcissist, although I am an MCU fan generally.

If you fall down 7 times, get up 8
