this isn’t about working for a woman, just working with women in general.
i remember my first (and only – ughhh..) white-collar job, we had to attend some sexual-harassment-awareness brainwashing/re-education workshop or seminar or some such s~~~. i remember the definition of harassment was creating a sexual environment where one wasn’t appropriate. basically at work we’re all drones, genderless – fine by me. but once some evil awful jerk male makes a joke or comment – or CONTACT!! – then it has become a sexual environment. fair enough. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE F~~~ING ATTENTION-DESPERATE C~~~ WHO COMES TO WORK SHOWING 8″ OF CLEAVAGE? that’s NOT making a sterile environment into a sexual one?? of course not! because Women are Strong, and she can wear what she wants, and it’s not your fault if you can’t control your impulses. if you said to her, “nice t~~~”, you’d be incredibly oppressive. actually, though, that’s NOT what they mind. what they REALLY mind, and it took me 40 years to figure this out, is not that you notice, or that you’re affected by her appearance – it’s that you can be insouciant about it. that’s why i yell out “shake it baby” whenever i see some slut running down main street in yoga pants. yeah, i notice your stinky little (or big) ass, and i’m not intimidated. i’m not gonna propose to you, i’m not gonna writhe inside while pretending to respect you, i’m not gonna go home and jerk off. i’m gonna give you attention, which you desperately want, but in a way that shows you you have no power over me, which is what you DO want. it’s all about power, guys. that’s what everything they do is about. when you realize that, you’re almost home free.

Hi my name is Eek, and it has been 10 months since I last reported to work where I had to report to work under the authority of a female…

I have been pretty fortunate in the last few years I have not been required to interact with a female in an authority position. I spent a few days in the office last week, and it was almost weird having the female intern there, listening to one of my coworkers explain to her what she was doing wrong. I just kept my head down and chuckled.

I just quit a job with an old friend of five years because lately he was acting like a mangina due to other big busted chicks despite my explaining him few short comings ( i.e I work only part time with him so it’s impossible for me to put my fullest effort and I got school etc.)

I had a boss lady harass the s~~~ out of me in an office job. She would cram her fat boobs into a lace bra that was always bigger than her blouse then “sidle” me and breathe on my ear at my desk. She smelled like old deli meat and hand soap and had some kind of deviated septum faint whistle thing happening. Really made me want to wash my ears after.
I had to pretend she wasn’t gross and thank her for sidling and micromanaging, she had this”sassy diva” opinion of herself that was both distorted and wrong. We all had to support that fantasy for her. She would march around the tiny office in her fat lady too small pant suit and denigrate the work of myself and the other employees. She would find reasons to comfort and praise by touching the male worker’s backs and using “mommy praise” voice. omfg. I would need to always remember to treat hot women visiting the office with deference or suffer her misplaced jealousy wrath. F~~~in’ weirdo. If I did any of that creepy s~~~ I would probably be in jail. -Also she thought I had romantic feelings for her. She even “let me down easy” one day and started bringing her bf(a true human tampon) for lunch. She was the Shriracha of crazy sauce bosses. …Yes I quit asap. I don’t even remember her name. 😀

I have a female boss and I work in social care. I like my job, my colleagues and the people I care for love me. But I am being made redundant as I “lack the feminine touch”. I am wondering if by “feminine touch” she means the ability to self-destruct.
Every woman,given enough time, will eventually self-destruct. That includes her business too.

Dude, 3 Jobs I was fired from. 2 women bosses and one gay guy…. This is over the course of 20 years. All the other jobs I’ve had, I was either laid off due to lack of work or I moved on to something better. Those old employers were men and are now either clients or friends.

I hate having a woman boss and frankly, in this enraged fem climate, we’re in now, just saying the wrong thing will get you canned. They are dragging people through the dirt for stuff they did over 30 years ago! What’s the statue of limitations on ACCUSATIONS with no proof I wonder… ?

A couple weeks ago I had to take an hour long training. It was one of those automated click through training we do annually. Well this year the video was funny as hell. It was about dealing with conflicts in the workplace and how to approach difficulty with coworkers and managers.

Every single one of the examples was a post wall woman complaining about some other woman or issue that wasn’t any of their business. I was taking the training with a new guy and we were both laughing our asses off at each video. Then the local bushpig strolls by and spoils our fun.

If I have learned anything in my professional career its that women will spoil the fun. If you are enjoying your job she will work to make your life difficult and as miserable as hers. It may be the only work she does all year, in fact she will actually put off doing her job to give you more work of her own. Mangina will do this too.

Its always a difficult situation. Just enjoy the fact that literally nobody takes them seriously with their baseless demands and complaining.
