Ill start off with a link because the last time I had any nicotine I was tripping my ass off on magic mushrooms , it was during my last move 2 months over a year ago I was vaping pretty hard after like a 24 year smoking habit and had developed chest pains probably from the anxiety of having a nagging bitch for a girlfriend and a screaming crying baby all the time mixed in with the fact that I had to move all our s~~~..but anyway so Im tripping and the chestpains happen while im sucking away on my electronic cigarette ..I get this crazy idea that maybe the nicotine isnt so hot for me …I stumble and fall off the couch writhing and coughing i manage to stand upright and throw my e cig down .. I grab the two bottles of liquid in my pockets and 2 extra batteries and add them to the pile , I get all my e s~~~ together in the pile then get my now ex gf out of bed at 330 am and tell her to come down stairs.
I tell her … I gave her all the money in my pocket and take the pile and put it in the trash and say “Im dying here, take my money youll know what to do with it.”
shes really starting to get upset and asking me if she should call an ambulance ..to which I reply , are you kidding? im tripping my b~~~~ off thats the last place I want to be besides I need a shower. Then I go on about its like the din mok death touch I dont know when its going to happen I just know its coming.

Anyway here it is 14 months later , sometimes I still want a cigarette but I refuse ..it helped throwing that s~~~ in the trash and I got A lot of chocolate to get me through the first couple of weeks and the mushrooms really sealed the deal…the chest pain also went away I saw a doctor he said I was fine.

Me and my friend used to dip a lot, anytime we went out anywhere a can came along. Finally we both were getting tired of it and knew of the costs that came with it so we just stopped buying more. It’s already been said, but cold turkey is the way to go

Chantix is something that I would never take. Like a lot of drugs, mainly in the antidepressant category, Chantix changes brain chemistry. Serious neuropsychiatric events including, but not limited to, depression, suicidal ideation, suicide attempt, and completed suicide have been reported in patients taking Chantix. Address : <http://www.drugs.com/pro/chantix.html#S6.1> There is little doubt that Chantix has worked well for many. However, others have reported suicide, attempted suicide and aggression—as well as vivid dreams, behaviors and other symptoms that are either foreign to the individual, or a magnification of existing symptoms that were manageable prior to starting the Chantix regimen….

I tried Chantix a couple of times, REALLY vivid dreams but there was an interesting Mr Hyde component to it as well. Have a couple of drinks, no problem. Drink that 3rd one and I’d start planning murders for everyone in the room. ….. so obviously I learned to pace my drinking.

What finally got me to quit two years ago was an e-cig. Started at 18mg/ml and literally dropped a cigaratte pack with 8 of them and never picked them up. Totally off nicotine now and I have a habit of losing my e-cig pipe for a couple of days.

Almost ready to give it all up but that oral fixation is there [and is all that is left].

Smoked from age 19 to 41 with the chantix 2 year interruption somewhere in there.
