I am not celibate by my own free will. I will go for extended periods without sex due to the dangers inherent in having it with random strangers. Sex is addictive. I know that when I’ve left past sexual relationships it was like trying to quit smoking.

I don’t get the point of being celibate and making such self-control effort in order to suppress my instincts. Why I should? I’m not a sex addict nor even a porn addict: I have a partner and I meet her 7-8 days per month, and I have sex with her almost all those days, other days usually I use porn and I jerk off.
