Dr wants me to take them, all my siblings do, I have been pretty down, any good success stories? I hear all bad

I can’t take them . They have an opposite effect on me . I don’t suffer depression any more but have bad ptsd . Had a real bad break down witch has effected my memories . Not the man i used to be but my mind is getting better and healing .

Have you heard of sensory technique . It can be very effective .

Totally agree as doctors love handing out scrips for anti depressants and maybe even a third opinion .

thing is its my brother would is a Neurologist, he said I needed them

1. What do you think has made you depressed . Has something situational happend .

2 . What makes you think you have depression . How do you feal .

If any family member says and pushes that you have a mental illness i would listen but be cautious . Like hitman said and i go get a coupl edd of opinions from doctors that are out side your family .

Remember bro we are not doctors or know you personally .

I’ve suffered with bouts of depression since childhood, I’m now 62. Began taking 10 MG of Lexapro about a year ago. Referred to a pharmacological psychiatrist, who prescribed it, by my internal medicine doctor. Spent time talking to him and taking some tests. It wasn’t just handed out by a medical doctor. No side effects at all. It has helped tremendously. I also began seeing a therapist at the same time. I’m a new person with optimism instead of depression. It worked for me, you might cautiously give it a try.

Having dealt with with depression my whole life I can tell you what helps me. Find a focus! Something you enjoy doing. Keep your mind occupied. Do it until it’s time for you to sleep. Your brain will shift gears. Mine does. You forget about what’s ailing you if it’s a temporary thing. My case is not it never leaves like a shadow, always there. You can stay ahead of it though. Sometimes you have to shutdown. When I break I’m done I’ll sleep 12 hrs. I’ve never had a medicine work for me I’ve tried them all. All a shrink will do is give you meds. I looked them in the eye and said. I want to know why I’m this way I’m not looking for a pill but a reason. They don’t have one or want to give you one. Cures do not pay the bills. Say a prayer! If you do not believe do it anyway, what do you have to lose? God has listen to me. I didn’t get a direct answer but a guidance. That’s all it took. Good luck brother!

Medicine is not a solve all solution to every problem. Medicine is only going to work for certain things.

yeah, they care about me he did recommended to make money, I don’t like side effects so far and I don’t want to be relying on them.

thanks guys, I have a lot to figure out and these pills are not helping, I guess they work on some poeple, but I cant suffer for a month on top of all the issues i have right now.

On a more serious note, go to a store that sells old book (real old books!), and get health books – not magazines, actual books. You’ll be f~~~ing amazed at what medical knowledge we knew then that is now lost.

There is also s~~~ Asian people know that you won’t believe, from thousands of years of history, stuff like how garlic can cure this or this herb can cure that, etc… It’s incredible. A lot of it is bulls~~~ though, because Asians are master snake oil salsemen (and women), but some of it is true and works and is f~~~ing incredible. You have to know how to separate the wheat from the chaff though so you don’t get royally sick. Most third-worlders will sell you anything for a buck, even if they know it might kill you.

Also recognize that textbooks for medical school today are MISSING valuable health information and medicine because it is NOT PROFITABLE for drug companies. Important things are being removed from later editions that should not be removed.

Every wonder for a moment why every other commercial on TV is for a drug? Ever wonder why there is a perpetual war on drugs? Ever wonder why after Trump bashed v a x x i n e s in the GOP debate, the ENTIRE news media, left and right, has been trying to DESTROY him and get him killed?

Special use cases. Software can reroute failed circuits. Think of it as a variable circuitboard with AI software to detect defects and reroute circuity. Is needed for situations like in space, on a space ship, where fixing is not possible and hardware is mission critical.
