I’ve been exploring the the GOW philosophy for a while now and have found a good deal of peace from it, even some of the revered nfg attitude. This after a great deal of psychological torment. Like many, I wish I’d found this earlier.

I would say that my GOW is reasonably strong but I still have hurdles as I’m sure everyone else does. For me its mostly about finding meaning outside of the usual expectations and practicing self validation. I honestly think that MGTOW may be THE best answer to men’s psychological health. Maybe in the future you will get free red pills on the NHS over here.

I’m trying to rest my GOW on four pillars:

Self-mastery : self-disclipline and the like
Self ownership : all forms of independence
Art and self-expression: need to figure this out, I’m in accounting and don’t really have a creative outlet
Fellowship : seeking positive relationships with other men

I have absolute miles to go in all areas, but a task well begun is half done.

In terms of what I can contribute to these forums I’m a finance geek so I’ll probably post plenty in the money section. I think its important younger men develop an interest in saving and finance as soon as possible and although not exactly old myself I think I have some counsel, or at least worthwhile thoughts in that area.

There won’t be red pills on the NHS because the NHS serves the interests of women. Something like 80% of NHS spending goes on women and mental health services are almost entirely geared towards women. Men are encouraged not to use health services because women want their husbands dead.

That said, i welcome you and look forward to your posts on finance. Joining this site is by far the best thing a young man can do for his mental health, alongside a good diet and exercise.
