She was booked into jail on the misdemeanor charge and released from custody yesterday after posting $750 bond.

Luper was busted in August for domestic battery after she allegedly punched Vaccaro in the face, neck, and arm after he ignored her request to do laundry. Prosecutors subsequently declined to pursue the misdemeanor charge against Luper.

Did I ever mention how infuriating it is when I read s~~~ like this and then hear women claim opression? How much jail time would a man get for stabbing and running over his wife?

But she’s out on $750 bail?

She also ran from the scene of the crime, and instead of being chased after and arrested she was called and asked to return, and then not punished in any way for leaving the scene in the first place. If a man had left, he’d have been chased and a bunch of charges tagged on, and then attacked by the police and the media for being scum for leaving.

I note that prosecutors ignored all of the mandatory rules involving “domestic abuse” (such as mandatory prosecution). What a shock.
