I worked during college in the STEM field, and started in the field far before college.
I walked about 2 and half hours to go to a friends house who had DIALED INTERNET, he let me take a floppy disk with the content that I downloaded from the internet to take it home.
This was house I downloaded technical manuals and some software to start into programming.

And take a note, I’m not an english speaker, and all technical manuals were in english, I had to get a dictionary at the library (which I had to return every other week and take again) to understand what was written on those manuals.

Nowadays c~~~s have free books, youtube full of tutorials and bootcamps, where expert or sometimes a woman (no c~~~ is an expert because they don’t care to study) that give young c~~~s just recipes to “build amazing things” AKA what they should copy & paste & change to build some simple systems with django/nodejs/react/angular. They have frameworks, internet, access to good computers, people there who can help them understand what is going on, show them what they should be doing, they have stackoverflow, google, github, etc…

Online, if you say “I’m a women, I need some help with this”, a bunch of manginas will lose their sleep to help you. On college, c~~~s get free college because companies sponsor them. And they don’t need college if they just want to get the job and start with the same paycheck that a male with +10years of experience have, the job is “free” they just have to accept, no responsibilities nor pressure.

Everything is handled for them in a planet FOR FREE, they get everything that someone need to be successful in the field, and they still complaining. Why ? They want all the perks without the downsides. They don’t want to spend a nigh during the week or a weekend studying, they want to go directly to the position where they don’t work and only give speeches about how amazing they are. If in 3 years working “hard” they don’t become a CEO, OMG PATRIARCHYS FAULT !

This is one thing destroying STEM, MEN BUILT EVERY SINGLE S~~~, now those c~~~s want to take it from free. I posted here about a c~~~ at microsoft who said that she only hires women because women are better than men for STEM. See, some manginas let the door open, now they are getting into in packs and ejecting males from what we built. At least in the IT field, meritocracy is dead, c~~~s will have the same paycheck and job title as you, but won’t be prepared to do 1% of what is expected you to do. If she messes up, is YOUR fault, and if you don’t fix it fast, you are fired, if you mess up, you are fired, this is the logic, working with some c~~~s along my career made me learn that c~~~s are never accountable for their s~~~, is always mens fault.

I started learning to program in 4th grade on an old (I think) Atari home computer that didn’t even have an operating system. We were poor and that was what my dad could afford to get for me. All my work was on 5 1/4″ floppy (storage, roughly 1.2MB). I wrote a very crude text-menu operating system for it just to launch programs (there was a castle exploration game I got in a computer magazine that I loved). This was in maybe 1993

I then had to wait many years to get a new family computer that could just *barely* run “Baldur’s Gate,” and I absolutely monopolized the machine writing scripts and building mods. All of this was before I was ever introduced to any kind of programming. My high school hired a programming teacher and I got to be in one of the first classes (the old drunk) taught. His rants were legendary, and a couple years after I graduated a girl provoked him, he lost his cool, flipped a desk, and got fired over it. B story done.

I got heavy into modding games and writing scripts. I was the head programmer for a Neverwinter Nights 1 (later 2) persistent world that was top-ranked on GameSpy for 3 (6 if you include the flop that was NWN2) years. I designed AI, encounters, a better crafting system, while other guys (we were all young men) designed character and weapon models, dialog trees, area maps, and lore.

And this was all for fun. I wasn’t paid, our server was open and free (we actually paid to have it hosted 24/7) as long as you didn’t exploit or p~~~ off the mods or admins.

The women that eventually contributed in an administrative capacity maintained a forum presence. Yep, they were moderators on forums. None of them wanted to do any of the design or script work.

I continued to work on this server in what little free time I had between two full-time jobs and college, before quitting it for something less stressful (World of Warcraft). I would then end up designing spreadsheets and learning LUA and interface modding for WoW because that’s just the kind of person I was.

Going $100,000 into debt for a “women’s studies” degree strikes me as a poor use of funds. At least the F-35 program has something to show for it, which is an actual plane (with issues).

As someone who likes to play the Elder Scroll series, I recognize that some people who write mods work HARDER than the actual game developers. I never played neverwinter nights but I bet the community is proud of the work that you did !!

There is a machine learning project that aims to fight government corruption in brazil, pretty interesting, BUT there are some c~~~s in the project, one of them added to her linkedin “lead developer in the most famous machine learning project in brazil”. So you go and check her commits… just added the date of some meetings to an HTML code. In her mind, she think that she knows what machine learning stands for or how to use it. I imagine you dealing with c~~~s like these in your project, c~~~s who think that they do all the work, while barely they can write a hello world.

I went to a state-affiliated University (rather than a more expensive, “better” school), worked summers in field service and design engineering (had a background in electronics even before I’d obtained a degree), and earned an engineering degree debt-free. I worked my ASS off to earn that fancy piece of paper: an average of four hours of homework every weeknight after classes were over, and more than ten on weekends. I didn’t party or f~~~ around. Now I work my ASS off to earn a decent living. I have NO interest in paying for some t~~~ who thought that she’d make a fortune with her “women’s studies” degree.

The game wasn’t exactly WoW big, and the slice of people playing PC games in 2002/2003 wasn’t nearly as big as it is now. However, it was consistently at the top of the GameSpy launcher, which was basically “Steam” before Steam was Steam, and we were competing with 3 other Persistent Worlds, one of which ended up merging with us.

Unfortunately the demand for work always raises, so the very few who really work, have to work harder for the same paycheck or sometimes LESS than those c~~~s.

Here we have a huge problem already, if you work in tech, the chances that you retire working in tech is less than 20%. Or you become a manager/start your own company OR you start working with something else, what they pay is just a joke and technical knowledge already don’t worth that much. Add those c~~~s to the calculation, basically worth doing anything else with your life, tech is just a temporary job like MC Donalds with a little more paying.

The same thing will happen in US, when a bunch of parasites get into your field, the whole field is f~~~ed up, a company that makes 1mi a year and being able to spend 500k to pay its employees, if it has 2 men working there, each will get 250k (example), but on actual society, you will have a C~~~ manager getting 250k, one men getting 80k, two c~~~s who don’t work getting 80k, and 10k will be donated to the planned parenthood. And Not only that guy getting 80k will have to work for 2 guys, but also fix the c~~~s bugs (that you know, sometimes take more time to fix them than to just rewrite it), and live under the stress of having a c~~~ as boss and two other useless coworkers who don’t do s~~~.

Sooner that guy will prefer to work in a low paying job, and use his free time to code, than waste it in a corporation like that.

Well, what’s happening in tech is that companies are being forced to hire women to fill “diversity” quotas. The women simply aren’t productive. As a result, to make the women look productive, the company hires an additional male for each female, the female gets to effectively ghost write, and if the man complains, they just replace him.

But male privilege.

Thankfully, my development team is still about 90% male. We have a few women, they aren’t totally worthless, and nobody has to babysit them. The hiring managers lucked into that 4%. We’ve had two female devs though who left the company in the last 4-5 years that were absolutely worthless. They were paid a developer salary to basically audit the software–not designing new s~~~, but seeing what s~~~ we were contractually obligated to do that hadn’t been done yet. Not even to do that s~~~. Just to be the canary.

Here’s two examples that illustrate the issue pretty well in my mind.

I once new a woman in her 40s who decided she wanted to go back and get a teaching degree. She didn’t work. She was able to get student loans and grants. How she got grants is beyond me since she clearly would not be working long enough to return value back to the society that is giving her money. She had decided that she wanted to get a masters degree as well.

In another cases, a woman in her mid 20s has student loan debt. She got a degree from Baylor (a private expense university) in social work. She worked in that field for a couple years and figured out she couldn’t live off the salary. She was able to transition to work in a loan office as an assistant. After working there for a couple years, she was getting offers by competitors to be a full loan officer, a significant increase in pay. Something someone with heavy debt should jump on. She was hesitant to take the job as she thought it would appear that she “wasn’t loyal”.

Women are debt due to multiple bad decisions despite having been given every possible advantage.

I get student loan letters for the previous tenant who just so happens to be a woman. When I opened the letter I was shocked to see she had £47K of student loans that are increasing by nearly £1500 a year due to interest. I suspect she has dual UK/Australian nationality and I think she has gone back to Australia to live. That means the student loan company will never find her, bye, bye £47K debt.

Anyone who has been married know you are basically going to be her wallet. All of her money she will spend on her own s~~~ and you will be expected to pay the mortgage, car payments and also clear her debts. It happened to me, my ex wife had £10k of student debt (I had none) so she took out a loan to clear it. Except she spent the loan on other s~~~ she wanted so guess who now had to clear £20k of debt?

By paying off their student debt you are essentially picking up the tab for their 3/4 year c~~~ carousel party. What idiot is going to want to write a £47k cheque to have occasional access to the pussy that the chads got for free?
