Advice for a struggling MGTOW ?

What helps me is practicing radical acceptance. I must (continually) realize and accept what is. This doesn’t mean approving of or making excuses for or even giving up on changing reality. Instead I am acknowledging the truth of my situation. Otherwise I am stuck and have no other choice but to suffer.

Best advice is to just DO. Something anything focus on it and don’t over analyse.

Learn how to Rollerblade,
Hit the GYM,
Read books on a subject of interest, philosophy, psychology, body language, money and finance.
Here’s a good book (Rich dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki)
Study a short coarse of interest like computing, accounting home maintenance.
Learn an instrument.
Go fishing.
Work and earn money.
Learn about investing.

Do that thing you always wanted to do.

LEARN game and practice it on club ladies and internet dating unicorns, they give you the best education as to women’s nature, before long you too will be immune from female manipulation.

Find something to exploit to earn more money.

Set goals and start slaying.

Of course it is not his playground right now but in a few years when the dust settles he can make it like one. He can do anything he puts his mind to within the laws and always come out on top. Read books, go on vacation anywhere in the world, exercise, play video games, work more or less the choice is up to him he makes his own destiny. Having fun for yourself is key but right now it will not be possible as he will be trying to put himself together and learn from his mistakes. Like he said it will be like climbing a cliff but he can and will climb it and come out on top for the better.

My take, there is only one way and that is forward. You only have the choice to choose either a positive or negative path for yourself. Life is not supposed to be easy. That power of choice is yours and your’s alone.

Do not allow others to siphon away your time unless you derive benefit from it. Women and manginas are notorious time sinks of no return.

Every positive step you take builds upon itself over time.

Yeah I’m not exactly happy with all aspects of society…sometimes I wish I could go back in time 70 years and just live my life there, but if you just force yourself back into the blue pill mind set to take the “easy way out” its like your saying things kind of suck right now…maybe if I cut my leg off and burn my face off things will be better! F~~~ no they won’t…if if you are a little unhappy right now as you are realizing how society today works, there is certainly a hell of a lot of additional unhappiness a woman can bring to your life if you hand her any kind of power or control over you.

You just need to think logically about your potential paths in life and their potential outcomes and its pretty damn obvious MGTOW is the best option. It might not be the easiest path to walk at first as you seriously have to undo a lifetime of society brainwashing you otherwise, but the further down the path of MGTOW you go the less you’ll want to go back. The more you see the truth and live the truth, the sorry you feel for the blue pill idiots out there willingly putting the noose around their neck who are completely oblivious that they don’t have to put that noose around there neck, and that at any time the floor could fall out beneath them.

Me too beer and I still am….I guess that is where I am as well Ash. Trying to go forward and figure out what’s next.

I am finding myself slipping into anger issues again , my temper is short and I am becoming impatient with others and this really isn’t good because I sell wine through building relationships.

Like others have said, women take far more than they give. They do not make you or your life better, but instead drag you down and then move on when you have nothing left. Once I realized this, the decision to forget about women was an easy one. Life is what you make it to a large degree (though the system definitely is unfair). If you don’t pay attention to women, the media, politics, etc. then it ceases to exist. It’s all in your head, so think and do things that bring joy, progress, and achievement.

It helps if you just cut yourself off from watching “The news” and standard tv programming. Read interesting books instead or focus more on your hobbies and/or friends.
Watch more videos of TFM and Bar Bar for instance. They have good points and help you put things better into perspective. At least, this worked for me.

Thank you guys I really mean it. I think the MGTOW red pill I would have weathered better but as I said i took a bunch of others and it was a rough ride. I say was because well yea its history now and nope there is no going back.

Its a strange thing when you realize your actually free.
F~~~ing typical though when you get a glimpse at your jailer and yep it was yourself all along. Sure I feel like a prat but hey hindsight will do that for you.
