So I have been reading MGTOW on this site for a few days and finally joined. I could not help myself for I feel right at home here. This is the best site ever. Thank you KeyMaster, it is a honor and a pleasure for what you have done here, I enjoy your knowledge and wisdom you share with everybody, you are the man for doing this. And to the rest of my brothers and fellow men, I salute you. I wanted to get in here with a official comment to see if I do it right, gonna try and submit to see if it goes through, but I first wanted to give my props to you directly.

Salutations in return. Big thanks for that, a huge welcome and thanks for joining. Will look out for you and we’ll connect soon. Good people here.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

It seems to me, and yes I do keep noticing that, just as organic the growth of the website along with the number of its forum men-bers is, so is its appearance and organically changing design, making (and more importantly keeping) it ever so fresh and appealing (big respect for that especially to all the artists involved with their dedication!!), since every now and then there are new animations coming up, whenever visiting the initial page. The latest one of which being the one with the big shiny ball rolling down the stairs and changing into the sign. Very well done, and if you look closely enough you will notice that quite a few of us members are even featured/integrated in this animation (as some of our names are tagged on the walls), next time you watch this animation do check it out …   … it’s just amazing.

    B-men and bless..!

Hi Ned, it is amazing. The mirroring  and the reflcetins in the Sphere.

And coming down, the wall with some member names of MGTOW,  Keymaster, Willy T, Roy Dal, H.R. Puf’n’ Stuf, Triklops, Doc Fen. , Soulman, Cap etc. also yours left hand side at the bottom…Great. I like it.

@ HollowMile: Oh, don’t forget to watch even more of them names on the background wall, too: ie. Albert, Zuberi Tau, BadKan, Bainpilot to name but a few… … yep, cool!!!   But then: where are you to be found..? Couldn’t spot you there (yet)…

… probably there’s always next time in another new animation …

Hey you spotted that did you!? We were not going to have any member names on the walls at all. It was just going to be generic graffiti… and then I got the idea to take it WAY overboard. So we picked a bunch of very active forum usernames out of a hat and re-composed them. I didn’t want to leave out any but we had to. It was 3AM and each one needed it’s own font , photoshopped into the scene, and had to be super-imposed on to “The Wall”™ — he he.

(Please no offense to any of our 8000 members. I should have definitely added Chaos, CPig, jack reacher and Hollowmile, Plato, MGTOW 85, DeusEx Machina and Vile Nord and so many more I can think of…. But it just got way out of hand so I had to put a cap on it. Each one was a real mini-challenge.)

On the upper left, there is a long beam. I wanted to put “Men Going Their Own Way” in there, but there was no time.
If we output it again, they will be added.

We started with just “MGTOW.COM” on the far back wall, but got carried away and made it more “personal”.

The tricky part was matching the camera movement so the signatures would move with the camera!
You’ll notice the camera is shaking, so the signatures on the wall had to shake exactly with it.

This is called “motion tracking” – adding computer generated images on to moving objects to look like they are part of the scene.

It’s the actual interior of a subway stop in Boznia. Near Sarajevo. The subway was photographed and filmed from all angles to provide something for the chrome ball (and logo) to reflect. Otherwise, it wouldn’t look like chrome at all. So if you really look at it it’s quite mesmerizing and baffling. When it was finished we were SO excited to put it up, because it’s REALLY effective.. and kind of creepy.

The “subject” (holding the camera) is supposed to be YOU.
You’re an invisible ghost that isn’t even reflected in the chrome ball. Super cool.

    Without any words, it speaks:

MGTOW.COM is a stop on “your own way”…. and here we are. Nice to meet you. Look around at our other members who have been here. You’re next.

The mood is a little unfriendly, but then ends up being quite friendly and non-threatening after all. It makes the viewer smile.

    I just love it.

    Definitely seconding that…

…. But it just got way out of hand so I had to put a cap on it. Each one was a real mini-challenge.

I bet it was. In the end of course the space on those walls is limited no doubt. All the more I was positively gobsmacked to find my name chosen to be displayed there, which I didn’t quite expect. Thank you very much indeed, Sir KM, I do appreciate it..!!!          ( -liftin’ my cap- )

Hey you spotted that did you!?

You’ve outdone yourselves with that subway scene. Great work! It’s a tour de force in the truest sense.

Greetings from the other side of the worlds gentleman! It’s 1 A.M. and I absolutely felt compelled to get out of bed and respond to this one. I was thinking to myself all day, “That intro is so EPIC, it deserves its own Thread!”. When I happened upon it, I found myself literally refreshing the page or closing the browser then re navigating back to the site just so I can see it again. It is truly a work of art. I can’t begin to imagine the insane amount of work put into that. And the neon-light opening? Psssh! I’d make it a screen-saver if I could!

I’ve also noticed performance increases on the back end that I’m not sure anyone may be aware of. Since I’ve been on this site, I noticed I could never get it to load on my phone (Galaxy Note 4). It wasn’t an inconvenience that warranted an official complaint though, so I just rolled with it. However, I gave it a random go today, and it pulls up perfectly. The full site at that, no mobile site necessary.

Thanks to all involved. I can’t begin to fathom the depth of work required to make such epic changes. The site consistently feels “new” and of “Tier 1” quality which is part of the addiction. The only real problem I have is I’m starting to worry about KeymMaster and the gents on the other end… When the hell do you guys find the time to sleep?!

Funny, isn't it? How women thrive on a mans time, attention and resources, while simultaneously telling him he isn't enough...

    Did you read my mind?

Ssh don’t tell anyone. More on that later.

Good. That was the intent. We have taken a “mobile-first” approach and you can see the site expand and collapse – including the menus – as you widen and narrow you browser window. It has 4 main display modes Large and Small desktops, tablet and mobile view – portrait and landscape. This is the only way to produce websites now and we are already future-proofed for at least 2 years.

Thanks to all involved. I can’t begin to fathom the depth of work required to make such epic changes.

    Thank you for noticing.

DaVinci never slept. This is my Sistine Chapel. I can sleep when I’m dead.

Quite seriously, we have full time jobs at a minimum of 40 hours a week. Everything you see here for the last 15 months has been been at least another 30-40 / per week on top of that. Currently I have pulled away from my full time obligation for at least 3-5 weeks to ramp up production here. We have a vision and will not rest until it’s done. At the moment (like right at this exact moment) we are configuring the new server and facility. Now the site will fly. (we hope)

Very happy to be appreciated. Rather than saying we will do it, we just went and did it. It’s one of those “if you build it they will come” things. And we’re really glad you’re here. Wish I could shake your hands. Thanks very much. A real pleasure getting this kind of feedback.

Currently I can’t think of any reason why none of us should be here. Further more the way I see it, people are already flocking towards this site and forum, despite the fact that in part it’s still in the “constant-improvement-making” process so my take on this is: what all of you dedicated restless people are really doing (can hardly praise that enough and yes the line of thought: “when do you guys ever sleep..?” also already crossed my mind a few weeks ago) is figuratively massively putting your foot down onto the throttle and shifting up gear after gear after gear and by the time you will have the highest gear locked so to speak, yet many more people will be signing up here and at an even faster rate than at which they are already doing. Hence it is wise to prepare for massive web traffic ahead (new server). All of your amazing efforts will be highly rewarded, because this clearly seems very much a classical case of being in the right spot at the right time and setting up something vital at a correct moment. With that being said (having a website of my own aimed at professional clients for my freelance job assignments and services that I provide, I do know this all too well…): a website is never really ultimately finished, so yeah I know very well, where most for your tireless drive and dedication is originally coming from. And: the idea of making the neon tube animation a screen saver definitely is a very good one…!

I would like to think that most of us on this board will be with all of you creative souls behind this site, whenever you’re working on new improvements in our thoughts nearly all the time and certainly we are all again and again excited to see them amazing results. So (presumably speaking for a vast majority of us signed up men-bers in here): Carry on gents, although there’s no need to overdoing it (as it would have been the case for ungrateful princess like camel toes) in a moderate and reasonable and manageable way –> do keep surprise us every now and then. We do very much appreciate each and every new development on this home turf of ours…! Bless you all  !

    Hi Keymaster,

I really have the Talent prowling here at this destination just when the Updates are coming in, I think so…. hahaha.

Once again, nice Neon artwork, the Sound is also great, something is going on outhere, checkless, powerful, indestructible.

    Hi Keymaster,

it seems that I did not receive any emails of the subscribed Forums, since yesterday. My last post yesterday took a very long time getting online, after refresh the page I got an error, page not reachable. Maybe it was a website update.

Would you be so kind and check the email Transfer about my subscribed Forum Topics ?

    Thanks
