Cool stuff. I just joined a few hours ago and I’m loving it here!

I’ve got a question about the forums. I’ve been trying to read every forum there is. The problem I have is that I got to keep clicking on the page button until I get to the page I left off at. I was wondering if there’s a way to just type what page you want to go to then pick up where I left off. I’m sure I am just overlooking something. My goal is to have read each and every post over the years.

Sure! so, lets say you’re in MGTOW CENTRAL page 2. The URL in your browser’s address bar will look something like this….

    /forums/forum/mgtow/page/2/

So for example, to jump right to page 14, you can just type the number (change the “2” to a “14”) in your address bar. Then you get this.

    /forums/forum/mgtow/page/14/

Same applies within a topic with multiple pages as well.
    All pages are numbered.

If that’s not clear enough, please let me know!

No need. I don’t see anything unusual, so please don’t give it another thought. Thanks for being conscientious.

KeyMaster not saying anything by this. Man am happy you are real. That someone out there is as realistic as you are. Sometimes I feel this is too good to be true. A thing that is as a shadow. Truly an invincible object.

I lurk at the mgtow reddit site. They’re getting bombarded with trolls, bp, and females recently due to the loose moderation policy. the site doesn’t really require someone to be male or mgtow-leaning at the very least. it’s a lesson that members here must be vigilant or this site will suffer the same fate.

Keymaster, you guys have a great place here. A place for men to be men, discussing men’s stuff without the wimminz around to censor us. As I have discovered, Facebook and Twitter are next to useless…..cannot say anything non PC without being censored, blocked or harassed. MGTOW is the only way we can start fixing this messed up world.

    Have a good day, brothers.

You CANNOT negotiate with crazy! Their thought process cannot handle logic and reason. They counter with dysfunction and hormonal thinking. best not to let them get that close.

I’m sue you’ve addressed this previously but I cannot find the thread in question.

Every time I log in now, there’s a notification that a “guest” has viewed my profile. The time since they viewed it is always different, sometimes minutes, sometimes hours, but there’s always a note about my profile being viewed.

Do we really get that many guests? And do they really examine the members’ profiles that often?

The notifications feature is very new. In fact this is the first time it’s been running with no interruption for 2 days. When it’s ON, you can adjust what you want to be alerted to here. It should remember your setting.

    /account/webnotifications/

About guests viewing your profile. That’s just anyone who is NOT logged in. Could be visitors. Could be members who are logged out. Could be someone who subscribed to a thread or just a fan of yours (and you ARE popular) who wants to read your forums stuff. “Guest” is any user not logged in.

In recent days as well, there was a new member who signed up with a questionable avatar. Jan actually alerted us to this new member. Apparently this member went around to profiles “following” many of the forums regulars – including myself and Jan. We have also been jumping around profiles to test the feature – not to annoy.

Keep in mind, you’re a very popular user and active forums member.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all to know that lurkers will want to read you.

But if any of this bothers you, you’re GALT member and have the ability to hide your profile from anyone (except an admin). You can change that setting here …. and you can decide only YOU – or only those YOU follow – can see your profile.

Thanks for the quick reply, Key. I’m glad to read that what I noticed isn’t a glitch or, more importantly, some sort of attack on the site.

I know they’re pounding on the walls and gates every minute of every day, so I was concerned that maybe I’d given them an entrance of some kind.

Once again, thanks for everything you and the other mods do.

No no, perfectly innocent I assure you, because the feature is actually built in to alert you on purpose. You’re SUPPOSED to be able to know – and turn it off if you would rather not know. It’s not a problem at all.

Once again, thanks for everything you and the other mods do.

Pleasure! And thanks for always looking out.

Well this is odd. I just tried replying to a topic and received a “your reply cannot be made at this time” error message (or something to that effect).

I’m replying here to this thread to see if it’s a general problem or specific to that particular topic.

Never mind. Apparently the forum was choking on a particular image. No idea why. Putting a copy on imgur fixed it right up.
