The reason women talk so fast is because they don’t have a filter / automatic self analysis zone, their speech is hard wired to their emotions. They also mature faster than men when young therefore skipping the development of the deep thinking processes that men are endowed with!

There was a study done decades ago, that proved women tend to speak before thinking, while men tend to think before speaking. It was a psychology study, that showed the behavior patterns between women and men. I personally always thought it was a learned trait, because women never learned responsibility of having a loose tongue.
