    From what I have read on here it seems in most states in the good ol’ U.S. of A there is a prescribed formula for what you are to pay to ex-spouse depending on if you have children, how many children you have etc… I am not sure if the same applies here up in Canada or other countries.

    I myself was divorced but had no kids and my wife made more than I so I had to pay nothing.

    Just wondering if those who are divorced and pay out maintenance could describe what they are obligated to pay and how much.
