Going in for business for yourself is hard. BUT LORD is it rewarding.

It has been awhile since I sold my last one, and I feel like it was the only time I was ever happy. I’m going home to my own hard work and sound judgment.

This is the harsh reality of being a skilled and competent man. Your hard work is subverted by the lazy c~~~s. This is why I am burning out of the work place. All of our handwork and skills to keep business up and running is a thankless job.

It’s time to walk away and let the company fail. Let the industry collapse. Let the women hire their girl friends to fix it. I’m done fixing s~~~ for them.

Just like a porno, men do all the work, and women get the credit.

    Dear Merlin,

You will do extremely well & not only that, you will become the former company’s absolute worst NIGHTMARE!! makes me want to invest in your company. Never did real estate…mistake!
I did become a physician and we are notoriously bad at investing. ( no time to really examine other areas)
Real estate is also a skill that you can pass down to your children, especially if you have a passion. Can you believe I almost went into real estate in Toronto in 1974!!
I still remember my dad NOT buying a house for $41,000 CDN at a major intersection and it was a half acre of land WOW!! yeah, bad move.
Sock it to ’em sir!! You are driven and will make millions, but working for yourself, you’ll never have a tougher boss.
