I'm a recently divorced father who fought tooth and nail for custody of his daughter from a mother who has known issues. The judge was urged by Child Protective Services, my daughter's guardian ad litem, and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) to give me full custody due her mother's borderline personality disorder and documented prescription drug abuse. In spite of the overwhelming evidence, I was only awarded 50% custody. Men and women were congratulating me on my "victory" when it was VERY clear that the only victory for my daughter's well being would have been full custody to me. Despite 50/50, I still pay child support as well. ..................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... I've joined MGTOW because I will make it one of my life's missions to warn young men EVERYWHERE that marriage is the stupidest thing a man can do, as long as the laws remain the way they are. I am by no means a woman hater, but I've lost faith in finding a woman who doesn't think I owe her everything just for the pleasure of her company. .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. As mentioned in my profile, it was when I fought for custody of my daughter. My record is spotless and I'm a model father, while her mother was inviting men to the house while I was gone (and our daughter was there), and abusing prescription drugs. Despite all that, I was the one who had to prove his innocence. Child protective services had filed a protective order against my exwife based on their findings, and the judge dismissed it because "the toxicologist who provided the results was not present." They send their tests to another state, and the judge knows this, but acts as though CPS has a biased agenda. If looks could kill, that judge would've been consumed in an inferno of my outrage. That was when I saw the light of truth, sadly it was too late for me.

The trouble with "Facts" and "Opinions" is the average idiot thinks they're synonyms.
