Zoomers, Millennials Suicide Rates Going to Spike

Unstable employment had a significant impact on suicide among people aged 25–34.

I didn’t read the whole paper, because I know, that opening sentence, in the Conclusion section, is the truth.

Even in a modest year, we have 40,000 people dead in America by suicide. Its usually over 50,000.
Most of them are young, male, and had unstable employment as a contributing factor.

Now introduce a sweeping layoff of EVERY bar-back, valet, movie theatre clean-up crew etc…. Layoff 10 Million+ Millennials and Zoomer jobs. Just wipe them out and send them home (after already being shamed HARD for being a generation who still lives with mom, which is not their fault, Boomers refuse to retire)

Look at these truths and the statistics. Dont take my word for it, go look at the Stats. Look at how many young people are expected to commit suicide from Covid19 Layoffs. I hope to God its less than 100,000 but my gut feeling is, there will be more than a quarter million suicides in 2020-2021.

How many old people will die of Covid19 in that same timeframe? How many old people were still gonna die, lockdown or not? Look at the tradeoff of lives. How many old people were going to die if we hadnt done a lockdown? Three Million in two years? How many of them get to live another 10 years, but they literally cost a Millennial his life? THIS ISNT A JOKE. The choices our leaders made in March 2020, will lead directly to untold numbers of suicides, FAR MORE THAN ANY VIRUS COULD HOPE TO KILL! Thats right! More than COVID19 by a long shot

Purely from a fiscal/economic standpoint, the Lockdown was insane no matter how many lives it saved, but when you look at how it has absolutely destroyed Millennials and Zoomers, and how many of them are going to OFF THEMSELVES before even turning 35, all to save a couple million 65 year olds?! This is completely stupid

This administration needs to STOP listening to those geeks in white lab coats and get people back to work.

MY LIFE, and MY JOB, are more important that your twilight years, Im sorry. I dont give a fvck about Boomers dying in droves, or bodies piling up in Hospitals with overworked frightened Healthcare Workers. That is your fvcking job bitch. Dont RUIN MY LIFE cause you want it easier in your industry. No one is helping me in my industry which has been consolidating and going bankrupt for over a decade. Where was the global response to my fear?

THE LOCKDOWN WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS THE BIGGEST BLUNDER OF THE DECADE. I love Trump, but he really screwed the pooch. He needs to end this madness NOW, before Millenials and Zoomers start jumping from bridges. That is not hyperbole.
