He obviously doesnt talk to many black guys lol,except the simpysimpSimps.
It could be argued that black female thurst to join rich white/jewish feminazis (who never excepted them ),you go gurls,is what killed the burgeoning Black civil rights movement back in the 60’s.
Not being black/well educated/well read/or informed beyond the most modest terms I dont know if thats the case but I have heard many better informed men say this.

If you hate making 30 cents an hour less than your peers, here’s my advice for you (no matter who you are):

1. Don’t have a baby. If you insist on having a baby, make sure your spouse or significant other also wants to have a baby and will get a job and pay for the baby or stay home and watch the baby while you’re at work. The reason why you shouldn’t have a baby: you won’t have to leave work early to pick up your kid from school or daycare. You can work overtime and make more money. The main reason men make more money than women in the USA is: THEY WORK LONGER HOURS. Men are more likely to get overtime pay because most of them aren’t babysitting kids.

2. Try to get a grant or scholarship for a trade school, a community college, or a university. Go to a library and find out what occupation is best for you and read as much information as you can about that occupation.

3. Try to get a job that pays more money after you get some work experience.

4. If you don’t have the resources to get more money, try getting two jobs. After a few years, you might be able to save up enough money for a trade school or college. Or you can save & invest your money.

5. Do the best you can with your job and ask your boss for more responsibilities & a pay raise. If you prove yourself to be a trustworthy, responsible person, you can become a supervisor and eventually a manager. Then you’ll make more money!

I love you. LOL – seriously though, I have to admit how rare it is to hear a black man speak like this. Every black man I have befriended turns everything into a race issue; and as you can imagine: its all whiteys fault.

Really?…Astonishing. Where is this long line? He didnt even qualify this statement to the realm of civil rights or race relations, which would have been false enough as it was men like Martin King who did this heavy lifting. But NO- they carried this COUNTRY FORWARD. LOL.
