Okay, so my mother works at a psychatric hospital.  Recently she had a discussion with the doctors about my previous relationships that she knew about.

The doctors came up with two conculsions on that.

    1. That all of those girls were BPD.

    2. That I was attracted to those types.

There was a split opinion as to why.

    1. BPD’s tend to treat their men better in the beginning.

    2. I’m “afraid of relationships”.

Ergo, my mother decided I should take a woman who treats me well as a sign to run.

I don’t think I am alone in seeing a few problems with this.

1st.  I don’t fear relationships, I do however see the social and legal problems that are very probable with the modern woman.

2nd Most of those “Good girls” she has prescribed either A. Are completely uninspiring B. Expect me to do something for them first (and everyone here knows women enough to know how that turns out). C. Ends up being someone who knows she’s hit the wall.

3rd Shouldn’t we want to reward those who treat us right while ignoring those who choose not to do so.  Atleast while they are treating us right?

4th Why on earth are you even questioning my judgment after I took on paying your bills?

Correct me if I am wrong or there is something I have missed but I tend to really take issue with both my mother’said decision and the doctors’ conculsions.

lol i think that sums it up, mate.

I can’t see anything wrong with your logic. Or really understand why she’s making decisions for you or discussing your private matters with others.. If it was me, I would probably have gone with the “I’m afraid” one, remember what’s logic to you is probably feewings for her. Depending on what your endgame is ofc.. But for the sake of just ending that conversation quickly, link your rational view of the dangers of modern women with fear and she might understand?

But agreed, both her decision and the “doctors” conclusions are disgusting. Seems those “doctors” can only function within their text books and are fairly unable to make any actual judgement based on rational thought. That, or they told her what she wanted to hear? Maybe she simply heard what she wanted to hear? There’s always two sides to a story.. And mothers are not well knows for being able to convey that when its concerning their child.
