Do not, repeat do not, get married in the first place you %$#@! fool!!

The Judge will say, “you can retire after you are dead; until then you will keep paying, paying, and paying. (Sound of gavel hitting anvil.) Case dismissed!”

Absolutely ridiculous!! Don’t forget she probably got half his assets as well.. and he has to support her on top of that?? And with $21,000 a month? For nearly 10 years and still going. Are you kidding me?

I thought strong independent weemyn could take care of themselves just fine? No?

And here’s what alimony is (from dontmarry.com):

Imagine yourself giving a homeless man a sandwich. A generous act, indeed. Now imagine your reaction if the homeless man sues you in court! The judge orders you to keep feeding the homeless man sandwiches, indefinitely, because he has become accustomed to your support!! This would be categorically absurd, yet this happens to men in divorce court every day. Instead of thanking you for paying her bills for all those years, you get the reward of legally having to keep paying her bills!

If you’re broke and you find someone approaching decent – marriage is still nuts – but somewhat understandable. But why anyone with money would sign that contract – that’s just plain old stupid.

This bitch literally won the lottery.

For comparison, $21,000 per month is what you’d get if you won the lottery for a total amount of

    ~$7,600,000

and decided to get your winnings monthly (vs. one-time payment); #s are pre-tax, and payout over 30 years.

Q: “How much blood does an ex-wife want?”
    A: “More.”

No wonder why he’s making a Baywatch movie – http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1469304/fullcredits?ref_=tt_ov_wr#writers

To quote the original article – “David says Pam, who’s 52, is a talented actor and producer and could easily get a job.”

David got played big-time. Alimony is an enabler for female laziness.

I’m surprised more male actors don’t follow Leonardo DiCaprio’s example. You have to give it to that cat, he had it all worked out at 21. Never get married and bang and endless stream of models, tossing them aside when they get too demanding or boring –

Women and drink … a real bad mix.

My experience is that men drink that heavily BECAUSE of the woman.

It’s the alimony lotto. Women play it all the time. Much better odds than the local PowerBall.

How the f~~~ is he going to come up with $21K/month when he is 75 years old? Poor bastard is going to end up in jail and loose everything while his leech ex-wife is living it up and co-habiting with other men.

    A: “More.” All of it.

    There, fixed it for you.
