As a test of manhood, the idea of “You can’t get laid!” gets thrown out there as a test of “real manhood”.  Well, personally, I am not able to navigate a minefield either.  Do I want to navigate the minefield?  Well, no.  If something is so horrible, and a man sees how bad it is, why does it have to prove to a stranger his ability to “get laid”?  A biological urge isn’t the end all and be all, nor is proving to PUA or whatever what I can or can’t do.

I would say the man who can get on but “can’t” do something, is superior to the one who can do something some of the time, if he gets lucky.

I would also like to ask this here: What does it matter if the pussy is “great” or “poor” if the end result is a guy getting ripped a new one and having every other part of his life messed up?  Sure, you end up nailing a 10 in bed, who has great technique, but she is a gold digger, bitchy, and treats you like a Ken doll and makes all these demands on your time?  So, you have a great trophy you lug around with you all the time, who ends up making your life hell in private and causes you to be miserable, but she is a great lay?  What gain is that?

I would say on the other side, that a guy supposedly has a rare woman he is compatible with, who gets out of his way and so on, but she isn’t that great looking and he is really happy (hypothetical case), why should I care that the woman he is getting isn’t all that?  It is his life after all.

It’s actually very true. And it hurts women who have been around the block. I have been accused in arguments that “well you just want a virgin that you can control”. Aside from the control part, I used to be taken on guilt trips thinking it would be ideal to be with a virgin. I just spent a week camping. I slept in one cabin, two RVs, a travel trailer, and three different tents, none of which were mine. I think I liked the travel trailer the best. It was one of those tiny fiberglass jobs that can fit in a single parking space. Very cozy, but still tall enough that I didn’t hit my head on the ceiling sitting up in the bed, which was a bit of a problem in the over-the-cab bed of one of the RV’s.
