I was fairly disappointed to see Terrence Popp post this video yesterday, saying that we can be thankful for a woman like this:

Just like with 99% of other “anti-“feminist women, listen to the language she uses.

She only calls out THIRD WAVE or “MODERN” feminism. She sneaks in those words “modern” and “third wave”, yet she’s SO “anti-“feminist! She “CALLS OUT THEIR HYPOCRISY!” The first two waves were far more gynocentric and hypocritical than the recent wave, were they not? The first wave gave rights without responsibilities, and the second wave gave women further government rights over men. The third wave is hardly anything surprising, it’s just a branch off the first two waves that pretended to be for “equality.”

She even stupidly points out how “pro-life” she is, which is fine and all, until she mentions how “pro-abortion MODERN FEMINISM is,” even though the SECOND wave is what gave women abortion rights without a father’s consent. Also, what annoys me is she OF COURSE mentions “how many baby girls have been aborted.” If she’s trying to address the “hypocrisy” of third-wave feminism on the basis that they believe that feminism is about “equality,” why worry about only the WOMEN impacted by what feminism has done? (Does that last statement make sense? It’s hard for me to word it at the moment)

A lot of these other things have been said by men for YEARS, but as usual, a superficially attractive “millennial” woman (I swear she looks in her mid-30s, hardly “millennial”) comes along with an opinion and she gets the social currency for it, while men with the same opinion would be shamed as “sexists” even within the “anti-“feminist community.

This is why despite the fact that I’ve kept myself distant from women, I still get more and more annoyed with society today. Maybe the intolerance is a result of the distancing.
