So there is this new law effecting colleges on rape in California (started by the Feminazis of my country), The girl can not be intoxicated, drugged, or on any substance, and has to say “yes”

Now I’m not an rape activist, I don’t believe in rape is an good thing AT ALL, But this just makes it easier for women to falsely accuse men of rape, For instance – *Last night at club* Girl: Hey your cute (; Guy: Thanks (; Girl: wanna come back to my place? Guy: yeah (;!!! *Next morning* Girl: Oh crap who did I sleep with šŸ™ ugh I feel so ashamed I was in the moment, Girl: Hmmm….. RAPE RAPE RAPE!!!!,

-.- Now you see my issue, and what about the law with men?! from what I saw its only for WOMEN!!! what if a man is drunk!?! and he can’t consent!?! and he gets hit on an girl and is told hes cute and things and ends up next to some stranger (Which happens ALOT in movies for some reason) And he didn’t consent Or EVEN REMEMBER TALKING TO HER?! What is it then? “Oh he messed up” “Hahaha u slept wiff an ugleh chick dueed” Its messed up and men have the same thing going on, its just society and the media has made it to where men can have this happen to them and no one bats an eye.

At this point, my understanding is it is a proposition that still needs approval by the governor, but it is California.

In any case, the yes means yes goes both ways- dudes who still dare to screw bitches can also report rape when they do not give explicit consent. And I hope they do, in large numbers. Those that do screw should get all consent on camera or possibly film the entire act in case the bitch comes back later and says she gave initial consent but later indicated she no longer wished to proceed. Camera or witness will be one of the few ways to avoid a rape accusation, and in this environment, rape conviction.

Of course you may need to get written consent to film, in which case just leave bitches alone.

Why would any man date any woman were her “yes” is even a question?
    REFUSE TO DATE THOSE C~~~S.

If she doesn’t look at you and go “yum” do not date that bitch. There is a huge difference between the kind of girl who will “let you get into her pants” if you ask and wait for her “yes”, and the kind who will take them off FOR you. Don’t you guys ever date the first kind. They aren’t even worth talking to. Don’t even look at them. Women who think you’re supposed to “ask” and wait for their “yes” are mentally as f~~~ed up as the law. I don’t give a f~~~ about what a woman (or lawyer’s) interpretation of “consent”. When she turns around and pulls apart her ass cheeks without saying a thing, and bends over to touch the f~~~ing floor so I can pick a hole – she just gave her “consent”. These lawyers and judges couldn’t get a woman in their own fantasies. That’s why they wait for her “permission” and ask her politely for “consent’. Go anywhere in the world and tell women you live in California. Now try to keep them off your dick. F~~~ America and their f~~~ed up women. They are worthless trash. I don’t need her “consent” for any reason, and neither do you.

Doc, I cant agree with you on that last line. I am no lawyer but if you are referring to sex, then legally yes, you do need consent. The issue with yes means yes is moving the goal post of consent to one that creates an inevitability of a rape accusation. But we will find that goes for both genders.

No means no put the burden of proof of rape, on the accuser. Yes means yes puts the burden of proof of rape, on the accused. Guilty until proven innocent.

This mostly applies to colleges(state-run) because apparently women are getting raped everywhere in college these days. Filming without consent is ILLEGAL in California, and YES this bill was signed into law. Bills like this will appear in every state in the next couple of years, so expect it to appear in the state where you reside. Please also remember that bills like this will probably me modified to include the whole population of that state(not just colleges).

This instance is where the idea that “women want to be taken” is not reasonable. Though I agree, and I’ve done this a few times before, it won’t matter. The rape accusations will come, and they will come fast and furiously. This bill redefines the concept of “buyer’s remorse”.

PUA blogs are picking up on this, also. I read PUA s~~~ because I love how these men make it their “noble” goal to get Western whores to spread their legs. As Barbarossa points out in the great video, “PUA Roissy on MGTOW”, he explains how these men are just expressing their “masculinity” THROUGH women. This “alpha” “beta” bulls~~~ has to go, and these “alphas” will begin to realize their little pranks and tricks will send them to jail if they aren’t careful.

No-one is excusing a man having sex with a girl who’s completely passed out – that would be an awful thing, and I think we’d all agree it would be rape – but it’s the idea that if you have sex with someone who’s even slightly drunk, then you’re automatically a rapist which bothers me.

In a world with any justice, if two people have sex, and both are drunk, the case would either have to be thrown out on the basis that neither person took advantage of the other, or they would both have to be charged with rape. But of course in this unfortunately real world, only the man must accept responsibility for his actions.

I wonder what would happen if the woman was found to be slightly intoxicated, but the man was completely wasted, much more than her? I suppose he’d still end up in the dock. Ludicrous. No-one cares about our inability to consent.

This new law means that unless you never drink, and only ever interact with complete teetotalers, and keep a breathalyser and consent forms by your bed then it’s safer to just refrain from sex altogether. Maybe that’s what they want?

    “Yes means yes”.

Just the way that is worded is f~~~ed up. Meaning, if a woman wants it and says “yes”, then you should oblige! How about getting her to say “yes” and then NOT giving it to her? How much fun would that be.

Doc’s got a great point above. Women are much too horny to have to ask them for “permission”. I told a woman “no” and she jumped me at the door on my way out. Does that count? Was that rape?

What kind of buzzkill is this: “um excuse me. Is it’ OK if I insert my penis into your vagina? The yes-means-yes law requires that I ask you this question. you can think about and text me your response later. I’m going out to bang some other chick now…. so take your time. Just text me so I have it in print. Bye!”

    How romantic.

By the way, don’t forget the morning-after text “did you have a rockin’ good time last night, babe?”. Get her reply in a text, so she can’t “change her mind” later.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

I am not into casual sex, clubbing, drinking, etc, but my first girlfriends parents kind of were and their friends were into it too so I was a little exposed. From what I could gather treating women bad and having sex with them even when they didn’t really want to is kind of the norm. It is all about nailing that one hot chick because if you don’t have sex your life is awful and all that matters is putting your dick on some random chick. I would always more or less see people settling for anyone because getting sex was supposed to be better then getting none. One time her parents friend comes over and sees one of her steps moms friends on her facebook page and asks if she is single. When she told him she was single he immediately messaged her on his facebook to try and get a booty call and the following week she came up from the bay area, to go out and have sex with this guy. While boating I saw girls just wearing pasties and many hanging out on this drug dealers boat kissing him and letting him touch their boobs and grinding on his 16 year old son because he had a stripper pole and huge sound system on his boat. So for the college students that party and have sex this law is going to be great for the women, but screw over many men.

In one of Thunderfoots videos he mentions how when it comes to humans and sex no doesn’t always mean no because body language will be more true. Humans had been communicating using body language to show if they were sexually interested in someone long before humans ever started using language. Since there was no language when humans first came to be it made sense that a womans body language would show if she really wanted to have sex. Like Doc said if she was bending over showing you both holes and just standing there she is wanting to have sex. With my first girlfriend that happened a lot. I hardly ever asked her if I could put my dick in her. Usually she would start kissing me, I would start kissing her, we would take each others close off, and she would basically be in a position that said “f~~~ me now”. I remember for a little bit she said she wanted to use condoms, but I didn’t want to. I never told her I wasn’t going to not use one. I just continued to do her without ever using one and she never said anything even though she knew I was ignoring what she said. Her mouth may have said “can you use a condom”, but her body language said “I love being f~~~ed without a rubber and ejaculated in”.

Now I myself do not date, I am not interested in sex, But the reason I’m worried is because of the blue pill men, they will do this and they will get accused and more and more men will be accused of rape until only a law effecting men will be put into order (even though this law is basically just that!!!) I have a feeling this is all leading up to Hillary Clinton being president and its going to be an BAD explosion, I think that if things keep going this way when Hillary Clinton is in office things are gong to be HELL for men, or at least were I live.

I mean just look at half of the history of England, starting with the well first “Technical” queen, her name was Matilda and was an tyrant that only wanted control and power over EVERYTHING, and then King Henry II’s wife Eleanor had affairs behind his back, was tossed out, then manipulated almost EVERYONE into war (Her own sons) because she wanted power and to be a queen again… it was disgusting… and I have a feeling history is repeating its self.

And also an notable part of history (another queen) had Edward II the rightful ere thrown in an dungeon, mad him starve, and deprived him of sleep and when he was not dying quickly enough was raped with an red hot poke and slaughtered under the “Wolf of Englands” AKA Isabelle’s partial rule as queen.

That is why men who sleep around in college need to be warned but sadly they won’t listen. College men and even women to some degree have this notion that if you aren’t having sex and if you are a man and aren’t screwing every hot girl you can, then there is something wrong with you and you are going to have problems.

F~~~ that – I can get a better experience cranking one out on my own, saving my money and buying a new bike.

And no bitch nagging at me about f~~~ all.

Unless a woman is unconscious and unable to defend herself

The attacker has weapons or more than one attacker.

It has been more than proven that rape is impossible IF she knows a “handful” of techniques and actually bothers to use them.

Unsure. Ever had a mess around fight with your girlfriend for sex ? good luck with that !!

To “complete” the act. The man must make himself so ridiculously vulnerable that I have to cast a very wary eye on 90% of rape cases.

Sadly the “agenda” is way more important than working methods of rape prevention.
