Many Canadians are proactive about the destruction of their own culture and society. It didn’t happen overnight. It began around fifty years ago with the election of Pierre Elliot Turdeau. The current Prime Minister’s dad.

You act like Canada has a culture…. I am a university student and I had a friend who took a course in Canadian national identity. All that the course taught was that it was terable and that we should get rid of it. Canada is dead, admit it.

But our government is not, we have a guy who cares more about optics and virtue signaling then anything else. Our environment minster represents Ottawa Center. F~~~ing Ottawa Center, where there is no natural environment…

I feel as though I should not even bother with this one. You have stated that you have had family who fought in wars on behalf of Canada, and quite possibly the British crown depending on what 3 wars you are referencing. You have not refuted my assertions rater using a social justice tactic of guilt tripping for an argument. Each Canadian has a different idea of Canadian culture. My assertion is that what is considered, I guess the classical idea or understanding of Canadian culture is dead. It is currently being taught in higher education that it is not acceptable, or wanted was my one piece of evidence. I would also state that Canada’s culture is less about what it is and more about what it is not, which is American. It could also be stated since Canada is a nation of immigrants and we kept our homelands customs, that Canada’s culture is now a mix of other countries culture, and not a homogeneous Canadian culture. Thats where I get the idea that Canada now does not have culture.
