Exactly. So instead of making the choice to have self control you instead choose to allow your hormones to control you. In your mind it means that you have something else to blame instead of blaming yourself. Yeah, in the past though, women would control this type of behavior and not let it be stated outright without punishment. That is because it would weaken their own chances and position. Schopenhauer directly comments on this type of female power structure and why they have to band together that way. I think his speculation was correct, as the door for MGTOW opened with feminism.

Also I must point out specifically on denying sex. Men in the past would never tolerate that. Marital rape only started becoming law in the 70s, with Ronald Reagan, who also promoted No Fault divorce in his time as governor of California. Eventually all states slowly picked up on this, and applied it. I think New York was the last holdover, and officially capitulated roughly a decade ago on all counts.
