This Oriental woman may just be the worst neighbor. According the man with the camera, this young woman blasts her music a lot. He goes to her car where she’s sitting in, and the moment he shows up asking her a question, she goes into panic mode: “OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, HE’S HARRASSING ME, HE’S HARRASSING ME, AAAAAHHHHH” and then she gets out her phone and starts calling the cops. He barely did a thing to get her so riled up. Absolute over reaction. Well here’s the broad now:
