When it comes to working out metal music is just what I prefer. But if anyone’s got any new suggestions to workout music I’ll have a listen.

I’ll show my age here….. it’s a generational thing I hope you can understand.

I’m mid 50’s now, but when I worked out regular(I power-lifted in my 20’s),I would always glean my energy from drummers in popular Rock bands. I guess it was the concert experience that gave me this appraoch. Some of my Favorite Bands of the time were Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, Genesis ,And Kansas. I could always draw energy from the performances of Phil Ehart (Kansas), and Joey Kramer (Aerosmith)
