I have been in the workplace for a long time and the best advice that I can give guys is 1) always cover your ass, 2) Document everything that they do. This includes little hostile comments, sexual comments about men, etc. For example, I work with RN’s and two RN’s were complaining about men and one stated, “There aren’t any good men anymore!” Now, this might seem petty but it is worth documenting, you never know when you’ll need it. 4) Report it first-a guy I worked with simply asked a woman to say please when asking for something and she became a little hostile towards him. A week prior to this she hit on him and he rebuffed her. She was hostile for a good part of the day and I advised him to report her for “creating a hostile environment” for men. He smiled and stated that he had already reported her. I was relieved, because I was afraid that she was going to accuse him of harassment. Since he brought it to the supervisors attention first, he covered his ass well. I do not know what happened to her. Go MGTOW!!!

Good advice, mate. I’ve mistakenly in the past struck up personal conversations with the ladies at work. I look back now and realize what a cuck I was. No more. I just keep it about business. Maybe a good morning…but usually not because that is often taken by these snowflakes as an invitation to start cackling about some inane bullshot. I work with a lot of women under 30 and a good number are damn nice looking. But I dont dare look because…..well you know the ending to that story is never pretty.

    Smart man.

    You too.

If I cannot avoid women altogether, I assume that each one is a #METOO waiting to happen, and act accordingly.
