There were more than a few women in my STEM-related career. Needless to say, our corporate masters pushed them as high up the promotional ladder as possible . . . and a few beyond the limits of their abilities.

Thus, it came to pass that I had to work with women as equals. In one case (only one thank gawd), I had to work for one of these.

The short version is that she was a nag and a shrew. Her STEM talents were above average, but she made up for that by making everyone around her miserable.

Still, she kept getting the promotions. And those of equal talent but who did not cause gross morale problems (men all) did not.

She should be thanking EEOC and PC in her nightly prayers!

Paul. When you can, never work for a women who is a boss. Rather or not you have any personal relationships, they can and will if given the choice will make you life hell. Take it from the older folks that have posted horror stories in the blue pill sections.

Actions have consequences and consequences have prices. Cause and effect at work.
