You nailed it brother !! I know some engineers that are girls, but instead of bitching about their grades, they just studied hard as anyone else does, instead of bitching about not finding a job, they get specialisations and were able to get jobs. Instead of complaining about sexism, they worked hard and get a better position. But in other aspects, they are like other women.
