Just finished watching Ultimate Fighting Championship 215, with the HEADLINER as two women fighters: Nunes vs Schevchenko.

    F~~~ing LAAAAME.

FIVE rounds of two girls dancing around, swinging at air, not dedicating at all, waiting for judges to make the call. My buddy literally FELL ASLEEP, and he’s the one that paid for the Pay Per View.

The crowd was Booing so loud even Joe Rogan had to comment on it. At one point the crowd was chanting “Let’s go Oilers, clap, clap, clapclapclap”
Because those watching Live were watching hockey on their phones instead of the “fight”. That’s how boring it was.

Rhonda Rousey was the sole exception to the rule. She WAS women’s UFC. With her gone, it’s a goddamned snore fest. I’ll admit, I Enjoyed watching her beat another girls ass. With her in the Octagon, you’d better not blink because in 30 seconds or less someone was gonna get knocked the f~~~ out.

These girls were “fighting” like two elementary school kids that didn’t want to, but were egged on by their friends.

Even after FIVE ROUNDS, with NO decisive action in either direction, even Joe Rogan didn’t know what to say about it. At one point he even said, “coin toss?”

Women’s UFC is officially DEAD. That’s it folks, nothing to see here.

How the heck is Rhonda Rousey out of UFC. She lost just one freaking match. So what. Keep fighting.

If that is all it takes then women’s UFC deserves to fade out.

This from NOT a fan of any UFC at all. Just speaking on the principle of it.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

Totally agree. But she made so much money from movies and hollyood, plus she just got married, she has all but officially retired.

After this fight I GUARANTEE you UFC will give her any amount of money to come back.

It was seriously one of the lamest things I’ve ever seen. I was starting to get embarrassed that I was watching, (like women’s basketball or something) so I read forum posts on here until the goddamned “fight” finally ended.

Fighting is a Man’s sport. Rhonda Rousey was the anomaly, like a tall Asian, an impunctual German or an African that cant jump. They are rare, but they exist.

I think her quitting after losing one match proves she is NOT an anomaly, she is just like virtually all other woman. Just my take on it.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

Rousey sucked. First good fighter to come around and she got knocked the f~~~ out. Women’s fight sports BLOWS. Why? Because they ALL SUCK. There is not much competition. Why? BECAUSE NOT MANY WOMEN DEDICATE THEIR LIVES TO IT. Small pond. When medium fish meets medium fish, like Rousey did with Holm she got laid out. I would pay to watch women fight just as much as I would pay to watch women play Basketball. WNBA? It f~~~ing blows and sucks at the same time, no difference with women’s fight sports. I am getting to be an old man, not that big a guy either, I can kick the s~~~ out of every single one of these ladies, certainly any in or near my weight class. The only chance any woman would have is if she were a much bigger and younger roid freak who took it to the ground before I could knock her out. The likes of Rousey would stand no chance standing or on the ground if we were to make the same weight. I have zero desire to pay to watch someone do something I can do better. She could fight? For a woman vs. many women who were mostly really bad I suppose. Small pond effect also produces very few good athletes for them to face as well, just those willing get in the ring really.

Spend some time on Youtube watching the women’s lower level stuff, it is beyond pathetic. So what happens is any of the ladies who are just above pathetic go pretty far and the ones who are decent become the Elite.

I thought Rousey was s~~~ too. First time she faces someone with decent striking skills she got smashed. I agree women’s sport is s~~~, and don’t get me started on how they get paid the same as the men in the tennis, coz that’s a f~~~ing joke.

Women are just untalented hacks, that live on the coat tails of men, who create and start everything. They cannot create their own initiative, since they lack imagination.

Cyborg is still around. So you can still watch her fights. Rousey lost two fights, not one…Both knockouts.

Rousey did not loose two consecutive fights, she received a beat down in both.

Her specialty is Judo and being on the mat. On the mat in her weight class she is without compare. She choose instead to go against two opponents who were strikers that proceeded to light up her face and body.

She seems to be content to continue being a minor draw in action flicks, as well as recently marrying another MMA fighter.

UFC will continue as it is the only legal sport where opponents can attempt to inflict serious bodily harm on their opponents for a paying audience.

A quick search indicates 5 MMA related deaths in the USA since 2007 and 932 boxing deaths world wide (1890-2007)

That’s the reason why boxing/MMA will continue, a persons basic desire for fighting.

If you can’t do it, you can watch someone else do it for you.

I remember a mangina trying to tell me that Rousey could beat some of the male ufc fighters. I told him not a chance. She hadn’t beaten anyone special and her chin hadn’t been tested. A male fighter would instantly be a #1 if he fought in the women’s division. He didn’t agree. Her next fight was her first defeat. Lol. She had a comeback fight but she got destroyed again. She’s washed up. Some fighters never recover from a ko. Just look at some of tysons former opponents. Meldrick Taylor after Chavez ko’ed him is another good example.

I’m not a huge UFC fan, just enjoy watching when someone else is paying.

Regardless of how they rigged the fights for Rousey to win, it was certainly entertaining to watch her fights as they usually ended in a brutal KO in the first round.

My point isn’t that Rousey is the best thing ever, but that the women’s fights have become utterly unwatchable.

The “champ” Nunes fought the contender as expected: like a girl. Each one was hoping for a ‘technical’ win, dancing around and running down the clock for 5 rounds straight. Horrible performance for a headlining fight.

It was s~~~ entertainment and the reason why boxing is all but dead now.

cyborg is so roided up, she’s like a small man. her penis is probably average sized at the worst. I almost feel bad for the c~~~s that go up against her, you can tell they’re totally outmatched. 100% female versus some man-lady thing. lol

Same thing happened with Carano when she got beat by Cyborg. She took her ball and went home. They’re content to stay so long as they’re winning.

Using UFC as an example, one loss usually doesn’t matter but once you get two or three its game over. Remember when Ken Shamrock was a badass? Then this guy Tito Ortiz came along and smashed him into practical retirement. Then Liddell came in and exposed Tito and Tito faded out. Then Liddell got beat and suddenly everyone was kicking his ass. Frank Mir used to be badass then Lesnar kicked the fk out of him. The sport evolves so rapidly that any one fighter is only on top for a year, two max. McGreggor was stomping everyone. Now he’s on the decline.

didn’t she say that she could beat Mayweather? The amount of self deception that goes on in women’s heads is hilarious

plus I guess being in s~~~ Hollywood films where she is kicking azzzzz went to her head. Women’s sport is s~~~ no matter what it is….exception being beach volleyball

A top level professional female athlete probably matches up evenly with an average male amateur for pretty much all sports. So the top mma fighters would be able to compete against a random local fighter. If Rousey were to compete mma against some dude off the street, she’d likely win, as she’s a professional and trained. If she trained against any UFC level fighter, she’d get pounded into hamburger.

During the 1998 Australian Open, sisters Serena and Venus Williams boasted that they could beat any man ranked outside the world’s top 200. The challenge was accepted by Karsten Braasch, a German player ranked No 203 (his highest ranking was No 38). Before the matches, Braasch played a round of golf in the morning, drank a couple of beers, smoked a few cigarettes, and then played the Williams sisters for a set each, one after the other. He defeated Serena, 6-1, and Venus, 6-2. Serena said afterwards “I didn’t know it would be that hard. I hit shots that would have been winners on the women’s tour and he got to them easily.”

Serena & Venus Williams played the 200 something rank man and got annihilated.

So one bad fight ends it all? Common… there have been bad fights in the men’s department too. Guess UFC is over, Boxing is over, racing is over, anything that is not epic 100% of the time is over! Bad fights happen but that does not end a fighters career or a style of fighting. Stop being overly dramatic and emotional.

In fairness, McGreggor thought he could beat Mayweather too.
