Ever since I’ve lost my virginity, women were trying to aggressively hurt me such as brushing me off or tripping me. In college, I’ve experienced a lot of that especially if I haven’t gave enough attention to them. Outside of college, I’ve been shamed whenever I’m alone for not having my life ruined by a woman. Now I can say I’m a MGHOW because all of these misandristic and disgusting actions. Women, especially black women, were trying to shame me for being alone but it doesn’t bother me and I just ignore it. White women not so much, I think they realized it more than black women per se. I like living an independent lifestyle and as long as I’m still single, that’s all it matters.

Women will try to f~~~ with you any way they can. Who cares if they shame you? It’s not their life, so they can f~~~ off. Disregard these whores, do what you want to with your life, man. Your happiness matters, no matter what women say.

Read the definitive book of body language and lift weights. I never get any snide comments from anyone in real life, especially women. The way I present myself tells people not to f~~~ with me.

You as a man wield power…. Great power as a matter of fact, whether you even realize it or not. Lottery above is correct. It’s mostly a matter of how you carry yourself and handle various situations encountered in everyday life. Be confident at work and act with authority when you decide on a clear course of action. Don’t be afraid to speak you mind in meetings, especially when you see it is being mishandled by some simple minded bitch. Engage in regular physical exercise whether it is walking your dog, throwing the free weights around or just doing a few push-ups every night when you get home. This will make you feel better physically and psychologically. Doing these few simple things you will improve yourself and people, both men and women alike will view you as the natural leader which as a man you were meant to be.

Greetings Paul. Women will never stop f~~~ing with you, because they feed off attention and energy men give to them, in any form. This is just in their nature. The best thing you can do is try to avoid them as much as humanly possible, while at the same time, trying to focus on your work, and hobbies in your free time. They will try to distract you, regardless of income status, looks, persona etc. They will take note that you’re not bowing at their feet, and they will f~~~ with you. Just keep your eyes on your gols instead of their anatomy, and you’ll be just fine.

No, my mother doesn’t seem to care if I get married to a woman or not atm. My family is not in Canada so I don’t know about them, I haven’t seen them in a while.

Well, I do stay home Friday and Saturday nights and I actually enjoy staying home like this, I don’t care about women anymore. I now do follow my own goals and dreams in life and it’s without the presence of women.

If what they cared about was your happiness, they wouldn’t be using shame. They use shame to manipulate you into acting for their benefits, to your own detriment.

Best thing you can do is find better friends, who actually respect your values and will support you and share interests with you.

I know you shouldn’t give them any attention whatsoever, but I found that it feels really good to laugh right in the face of a c~~~ who tries to shame you. Don’t respond to her words, just smile and laugh like a motherf~~~er. Then walk away and be awesome.

Let me recommend a really serious martial arts class. Something that is the favorite of commandos or the like.

You would be amazed how much merely attending such a class makes the way you see the world around you changes for the better. It’s exactly what @lottery was saying. And ditto the other previous posts.
