2. Act foolishly.
3. Are loud and obnoxious.
4. Wear outfits to get attention.
5. Wear shoes that are the wrong size.
6. Cannot be taken seriously.
7. Occasionally can be seen with unnaturally coloured hair.
8. Make irrational decisions that get them into trouble.

CLOWNS

Clowns scare your kids but won’t take them at least. And I’m talking about the bare minimum here.

But all in all both are actors. The only difference is one does it out of biology and the other out of pure entertainment.
