Women That Own A House & Get Married Without A Prenup

Just have to bring this up since I have now FIVE separate examples of this occurring with five blue pill buddies that have all got married (in the last two years) to women that own houses already. And the husband moves in.

No prenup signed prior to marriage.

Note: Out of curiosity, called my attorney and ran it by him and he said it is how it’s done now in most states. Is legal and binding as well as easier and less expensive than prenup related stuff.

*Within 90 days of the marriage.

Bobby Blue Pill signs a quitclaim deed related to the house over to his pumpkin. A house he DOES NOT own. And it is notorized and filed by an attorney at the county level.

Purpose:

‘Establishment of ownership in lieu of community property’s

Meaning –

Well before a five year period of time where in most states it takes at least 60 months for community property to be established (some gray areas) – Via the quitclaim deed as an instrument of stated relinquishment of any ‘future’ claims, it serves when being filed in the first 90 days of the marriage (not prior) as superseding any other potential statutes related to community property.

In all five cases of my blue pill buddies:

THEY ARE ALL CURRENTLY ‘PAYING RENT’ – Essentially paying down the mortgage on a house they will never legally own.

One of them pays $1,000 a month. And his wife owned the house for 12 years prior. He is making principal payments. And the women get all the tax write offs (mortgage interest, property taxes) in addition to NOT having to claim the incoming money as rental income on their taxes.

Another buddy in addition to paying rent dropped $14k on a new deck at the house he DOES NOT own because pumpkin wanted it.

Sidenote: I had a flight attendant living at my house awhile back paying no rent or utilities (the sex was totally porn induced and she f~~~ed like a demoness sent from hell to take my c~~~ to the next level of orgasmic evolution) – So that is why no rent or anything.

Anyway: She maxed her IRA out every year and put 20% of her income in her 401k

Point is: I keep reading here that you guys claim women don’t manage their money well, etc – And they are ‘broke’, etc

Wake up: SOME OF THEM KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN TERMS OF MONEY – They are extremely manipulative with it and calculating as f~~~.

The POINT IS that these are just Examples of the STUPID things that Blue Pill Men Do, and much WORSE EVERYDAY !!

I work with one as well. he had his own house, and had just bought a new car for himself. Well, fast forward 5 years after he got married and is retiring any day now. HIS house is long gone and HE LIVES IN HER HOUSE, and they took HIS money to put on a retirement home (joint property), and he couldn’t spend $20. a couple months back on an item he wanted. Also, no more new cars for him –probably FOREVER.

It would be a mistake to confuse the female strategy of “whats mine is mine, and whats yours is at least half mine”, and women being able to be smart with their money. Its all part of her longterm strategy. Most do not have a house of their own. No woman wants to share whatever assets she has amassed prior to the guy, this is not an example of fiscal responsibility. No matter what her own resources she will keep them for just her.

She is a woman and will do all her irresponsible impulse emotional expensive purchases with his money. to wit hes paying off her house for her.

One of my buddies that is involved in a situation like this got drunk a few months ago and called me wasted just wanting to chat.

My guess would be that she got the house in the first divorce and isn’t stupid enough to lose it in the second divorce. They do know exactly what they are doing in terms of getting something for nothing and not letting go of it.

I wonder what pumpkin would do if one of the guys refused to sign?
