So a friend at work apparently offended some woman, she says for staring at her chest. We work in tech, he says he was just standing in a common area holding his tea like he does and just spacing out muttering to himself about whatever his latest work problem is. He then comes to realize someone is standing right in front of him and he’s staring at a pair of t~~~. She’s offended and tells him so, he tries to apologize and explain but gets no where and now he’s worked up that he’s going to get dragged in front of HR for some BS. So we’re talking about this at work, I know who she is and she’s one of those who wears low cut shirts and push up/padded bras (I don’t know, whatever that s~~~ is to make her t~~~ obvious). So my thought, that I explained to him, is that if she didn’t want people to notice she wouldn’t dress like that. Turns out some other woman was sticking her nose into s~~~ and is now all p~~~ed off at me. At least she had the nuts to confront me saying I was using the “she asked for it” argument and likened it to rape. My logic is simply that the guy standing on the street corner waving a sign about “taxes done here” while dressed as Uncle Sam  can’t get p~~~ed off at me when I look at the damn H & R Block. It seems reasonable to me. I know some big breasted women who try to cover that up to minimize issues, but still some idiots make comments because they’re idiots. That’s not what this is at all. This woman consistently wears crap to make her A’s (or B’s, f~~~ I don’t know) be right out in public as much as possible.

So now that we’re both likely to get drawn into the hell of some feminist tribunal known as HR, is there anything either of us can say that these idiots will understand? Or should I simply spend the weekend piecing together an outfit that best shows off a moose knuckle so I can also scream that I’m offended when someone obviously looks?

I would suggest gathering contact information from those you consider allies. You will be needing them as references.

A desperation tactic would be to play the homosexual card so that you could argue that you were not buying what she was selling. Drop buzzwords like “hostile work environment”, “sexual advances”, &c and it just might fly.

Nonsense like this is why I will never work in a formal job. It is beneath a free man’s dignity to be a tax mule. It is as if females take a s~~~ on your heads and cry to the nearest white knight when you take notice.

Depends on how much you want to keep your job 😛

I agree with playing the “I’m Gay” card, as it is absolutely useless to try to reason with women.

The other option would be to plead on your knees, apologize and kiss some ass.

Personally, i wouldn’t put up with that crap, and i’d just let them fire me. but then again, i’ve been unemployed for nearly twice as long as that i’ve been employed. SOOOOooo… i might not be the best guy to be giving advise in this matter 😛

I’ve only been called in to HR once.  They wanted to know why I hadn’t attended the mandatory “sexual harassment in the workplace” seminar.  My reply:

“You had me waste three whole hours driving up the valley for this?  I work in a remote office.  I’m the only one there.  Half the time I work from home.  I resent the implication that I might harass anyone.  Now I have real work to do, and this isn’t getting it done, and neither is your complete waste of time seminar.  Good day.  And good bye.”

I never heard from them again.

Just tell them that the bitch in question propositioned you, you refused her advances, and now she is trying to persecute you for rejecting her.  Then tell the HR rep you have nothing further to say about the matter.  Furthermore, inform the HR rep that any further questions or inquiries should be sent to your attorney in writing since you are now traumatized by the sexist and hostile work environment the company has fostered.  Then sit back, smile, and light a cigar on the flameout the HR rep will surely have.

you could think outside the box and fight back in a way they wont even know what you did. learn conversational hypnosis and give them a few suggestions to gain weight maybe? after all fat is a feminist issue so we should really be helping them gain those curves. plus if you’re really good at it, no one will even know the game you’re playing. Plus when she gets really fat and her breasts get saggy and hit the floor she will want to cover up and no guys will want to look at the anyway. so, problem solved and you would be doing her a favour.

I’m sure the women you mention can’t “wait [sounds like weight] to GAIN a new perspective” “after all, you can’t have your cake and eat it, but maybe you can NOW” the possibilities are endless. I had a situation in the past where a woman was being a pain in the ass, I told her when no one was around that if she didnt knock it off I would hypnotise her and make her gain weight. It was amazing how quickly her behaviour improved. logic and reasoning doesn’t work with women. anything that affects their vanity appears pretty effective

If there were no witnesses, then it’s simply his word against hers and neutralized. Your friend is in very a precarious position. HR can do everything from issuing a warning and even up to firing him over this. He has nothing to lose using Soul Man’s stratagem.

One of my friends, who worked at a mega-corp chain, got fired for using the word spade while showing a group of employees an assembly of garden spades on a rack. He said “a spade is a spade” speaking strictly in the garden tool sense. A female complained to HR, and he was terminated for literally talking about garden tools.

Never underestimate HR, or ever assume they are on your side. The represent the company and its interests, period. I think Soul Man’s suggestion fights fire with fire and would muddy the waters enough to save your friend. I proffered the spade firing story only to demonstrate just exactly the level of inanity HR can reach.

Of course, bulls~~~ like this is what keeps me self-employed whenever someone tries to offer me a corporate job as my skills are in high demand. Soul Man that is sheer genius.

@AnyHRLurkers: Here’s a big fat f~~~ you to all of human resources everywhere! You are nothing but a bunch of room temperature IQ droolers. I also forgot to mention that no one likes obese, hairy and bossy feminist women with bad attitudes that seem to make up the ranks of this joke you try to call a profession. It’s a profession just as much as being a burger flipper is so have at it wenches. I’m staring at titties and asses too, and there is nothing you can do to me for I am MGHOW. Bite me!!!

That rant was for the friend above and another friend whose ex was a 6 figure making feminist HR drone that jailed him multiple times over 10 years and got him stripped of his drivers license for failing to pay child support thereby making it impossible to pay child support. He is financially wrecked to this day though free of child support. She lives in a nice two story house on a desirable island. He lives in a hovel.

I like soul man’s suggestion.  I would only add that when the HR meeting time comes, I would send my lawyer with that message, and I would skip the meeting entirely.  They will set up an ambush for him, and find themselves speaking to his attorney.  Let the attorney drop the ‘hostile work environment’ bombs.  Have him pull out a recorder and put it on the desk in front of the HR person when the meeting starts…  If there are no witnesses, have him invite the cupcake to take a polygraph test.  The results are likely inadmissible in court, but the invitation can have a cooling effect on wild accusations…

Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you

You’re right BP. This is lawyer country. HR’s prime directive is to protect the company from lawyers.

Implement BrainPilot/Soul Man stratagem. He’d need one who specializes in employment law.

Lawyer country? Did someone call me? I’m from the dubbed “lawyer land” of Massachusetts!

Tell them the truth! Like a guy lining his sights on an AR! You didn’t “see” the “deer” until you focused past the rifle sight! Concentration can not be proved or disproved! Your focus was totally occupied in thought, correct? You’re “concentration” was not on “anatomy” but rather locked in thought! correct?

I’d get a boner on just to bump that bitch! By “accident” of course! Watch the look on her face then! She would probably like it! Smack that ass in the paper closet! Watch all the chickens line up to get f~~~ed! You’ll be like an open bag of chicken feed!

Thank you!  I’ll be here all week…well kinda.  Don’t forget to pinch your waitress on the ass….only if she’s smokin’ hawt!

…and oh yeah…those dildos in HR are nothing more than jizz filled meat sacks…f~~~ ’em!

You would not have wanted to pinch the waitress I just saw on the ass as there were 40 acres of it. Waffle House so what can you expect?

OP’s poor chap friend is primed to be fed into a feminazi ManChipper. An attorney in the process would be like a 4 foot in diameter hardwood log that would blow up the machine.

For an $8.00 an hour job, I’d just tell them to choke on my python. For a real job, an attorney is worth hiring as this HR is a place that is stacked against him to hell and back 3 times over. It would scare the f~~~ out of those HR dimwit bully feminazis too.

By the way, Human Resources people are among the lowest forms of humanity ranking somewhere between pedophiles and necrophiliacs.

I’m so glad I’m out of the big ass city offices with their henhouse departments, and back in a workplace without women (apart from clients, who’m I typically deal with by email or telephone).

That rant was for my friend….

HR is just damage control for management and the company, thats who they will side with 100% of the time, they’re the deadliest people in an organisation, they’re nice to your face but they stab you in the back and you won’t even know you’ve been f~~~ed until you get told to pack up your s~~~ and f~~~ off, treat them like mushrooms:

Feed them s~~~ and keep them in the dark.

Don’t tell them anything, avoid, deny everything the only way they can prove anything is if they have proof. We teamed up on them and f~~~ed them in the ass in a hearing with the government regulator for employment law with recordings of meetings we recorded on our phones and outed their bulls~~~. We caught them out not playing by their own rules, the guy we helped was offered compensation payable by the company but didn’t want it, just to clear his name, he should have f~~~ed them further IMO but the call was up to him if he wanted the coin or not and he just wanted his name cleared.

It sent a clear message to the HR team to clean up their act but you have to work as a team, catch them out and fight them on their own rules or you’ll get f~~~ed in the ass and shown the door.

I’ve had dealings with them before as I mention above, thats why I was interested in finding out how the f~~~ their minds work through some schooling but I can’t take it, its all about setting up procedures to protect the company above all else, and I’m not about that so I’m dropping out of the course.

What is this HR you speak of? I’ve never encountered such a foul and loathsome beast. I suggest using a .30 caliber round for defense against them. My personal weapon of choice is the .303 Lee-Enfield SMLE.

Words well spoken Solid Snake. Great job on defeating them. I salute you from many time zones away. I’m self employed so HR does not exist in my world.

A man going to HR is a pointless exercise. I don’t make threats in public forums, but HR is a symptom of what is truly wrong with Western culture.

@HRSoCalledProfessionals: Do the world a favor and off yourselves by your own hand. By the way, F~~~ YOU. You don’t matter in my life. Neener, neener, neener, neener….You f~~~ing useless sacks of s~~~.

I’ve heard that in universities all over the world, that students who study Human Resources have to refer to the The Gestapo and SS Manual by Carl Hammer. It’s an English translation of the original manual of the Third Reich, and basically, it teaches you how to be an uptight c~~~ for a living. But these days, Human Resources officers hide their Swastika emblems because it’s offensive – but when no one is looking, they pass each other down the hallways with a heil, while feeling good about achieving their dreams… by creating the Fourth Reich aka the modern office work environment.

Wear this, or accuse her of using, “aggressive cleavage” hahaha, it’s a thing, it’s so stupid.

The more cleavage they show, the more obvious it is that they are doing it on purpose, also, they only get angry if a beta male stares at them, if you are alpha, you are fine, it’s so stupid, I can joke about staring at boobs and butts, both at work and other places, as long I have already made my presence clear with confidence, mostly just as “the funny guy” or hyper manly mode, but if you are just there, without presence, then you are f~~~ed.

This world is beyond stupid some times, the women know it that their showing cleavage brings attention and are aiming for it, yet they are always are surprised, when other men looks at them too.

    Now we are all resources…

Yup. To them we are fungible assets and noting more.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
