OK so there is this company in London who I worked for in the IT department.

It is run by women at very top of IT with 4 or 5 sub departments below the top woman in charge. Each team below the top woman has a male manager who isn’t quite with it. Seriously.

Each of the sub teams has a rottweiler women who is s~~~ at IT in every case. All the women across all departments have each others backs. They stick up for each other and setup guys for failure. Good guys. The department is such a mess. I recently lost my job from this place as I was backed into a corner by these nasty bitches. I was set right up. Im so p~~~ed off about it. It starts right at the top with the dick head top boss female making it that way. It wouldn’t surprise me if they all met in secret to discuss their tactics once a week. Fundamentally they are s~~~ at what they do but are in control. The male middle managers are all kinda blind to it as they are not subject to it.

Anyway rant over. It was this experience and then watching that BBC documentary that made me sign up to this site. I am still so effing angry about it. I never got sacked, ever. I am good at what I do.

Don’t let the job loss define you. I had walked away from my job after ten years because I couldn’t take the stupidity any longer. I couldn’t help but beat myself up for a long time thinking somehow I should have been able to outlast it. I should have been stronger.

The reality is, many large companies are run like s~~~ by idiots. They’re either protected from competition by barriers to entry, or they head for the scrap heap of history. That lesson also taught me to not underestimate management’s willingness to destroy teams and entire companies because of ego, insecurity, or nepotism.

I understand your feeling, I am an apprentice in the IT-Department and I get these dumb daily requests from women, so many useless meetings. So much money used on snacks and useless things.

I don’t know how it’s for you Max, but every time I am in the “Zone”. I don’t know if you often go into the zone or not, but I do it all the time. The most irritating thing is I will always be interrupted by the most dumb problems

Q: Why can’t I turn my computer on?
A: You do not have it plugged in the socket.

Q: Why don’t the department order Macbooks for everybody, it’s the trend
A: As good as Mac is, it doesn’t want to play with the system we have set up here, but we can do it if you have around 5.000.000$ lying around.

Q: I feel the program should be able to do this.
A: Well we can’t do anything because of the deal with the company that owns that software.

Q: Can you jailbreak my iPhone?
A: No, I represent this company, so it can be sued if it’s found out.

Can’t you just program a software for the iPhone so that I can do this? You work here (I just turned 18 and I am an apprentice).

I swear it’s like the women have the concept destruction imbued into their very existence. I leave a computer for 30 seconds and she manages to corrupt the entire disk and blue screen it. I mean how the f~~~ are you able to do that? It’s crazy, it’s madness, and it’s definitely not Sparta!

I mean what kind of f~~~s does a software give when it comes to your feelings? How are you able do destroy the screen on the laptop 5 minutes after I gave it to just right now with a new screen! They do not even understand how to slide in the battery on a HP laptop. You know the ones where you just slide in the battery? And slide the thing to the side to release it? Yeah, it looks like she had tried to slide in a god damn battery on an hp laptop for 2 hours with 4 other women and still not understanding how to do it!

Same thing going on in Europe.

I remember that a female project manager asked if i could shut down a primary connection of a router. So that the customer could test the back-up connection. All fine, but they where going to change a few circuit settings on the back-up router. If my experience told me something, it is recommended first to the change things on the back-up connection, and after it works then switch between the primary and the back-up connection (less or no down time).

But oh no, she would know better. Smirking and laughing at my face after i gave her the good indented advice. Demanding as a spoiled brat that i do what she told me to do. And so i did what she asked. Next thing you know, the back-up connection din’t work 🙂

She wanted to get the credits fast, ruling by fear. But in the end, she got the s~~~ storm management after her!

Very ofetn manginasas well. I am about to lose my job probbaly because there is this admin woman who is useless and always screamning at people and talking to them like s~~~. I told her today she needed to sort her attitude out. Guess who was dragged out by the male director and shouted at. yet when she shouts and screams at people all day infront of him not word is said. And guess who else had a go at me-yes all the little mangina men.
