I am not going to rant about the SJW/femi s~~~ they have forced into gaming but loot boxes and microtransactions….

I am guessing a lot of people on here know about all of the crap going on with EA and SW Battlefront 2 at the moment (as well as a lot of other games) and it has all come about because of women

the mobile gaming market is mostly used by women (the gaming press use this figure to pretend more women are into gaming when they aren’t) and it is the same pay-to-win s~~~ that has come out of those crap games that is now infecting console releases

if it wasn’t for all of those stupid women paying all of that money on those non-games, we might not be getting all the loot-box crap going on now. It gave the greedy mega games corps the idea/model to generate even more money from gaming at gamer’s expense

I play fallout 4. If a game doesn’t interest me, I won’t buy it. A successful business will cater to it’s customers, so I assume they will eventually ignore the feelings of non-customers and cater to the interests of gamers.

I play Fallout 4, too. I also install sex mods, female nudity mods (I don’t want to look at male junk), and big-breast mods. My Fallout 4 is definitely not SJW-friendly; it would probably trigger them.

I’m still looking for a mod like one Fallout 3 had that will have pole and cage dancers.

I’d also like to find a mod that replaces feral ghouls with feminists and SJWs.

I’d rather work on my 36-story building in Fallout 4 than deal with EA’s stupid SJW-s~~~.

Spot on. Every industry has significant competition and this is just one example of adding to the bottom line purchase price. As market share grows, future editions will improve what customers want and discontinue what customers do not want.

But do not forget that the bottom line up front is for each and every company to make as much money as possible, as quickly and for as long as they can.

The problem is companies like EA simply buy up other companies that are good, and then ruin them.

Agreed this micro transaction bulls~~~ has gone too far. Some laws need to be instituted due to this. I’m an avid gamer and I design my own games, mods, and hacks in my spare time mostly due to this.

What bugs me so much is that big release games have already made their money before the game is even out on the shelves. EVERY game made in the past 10 years has been released in an incomplete state. Then over the course of years they introduce patches to fix all the bugs and quirks. Some companies are better than others with this but they all do it, even indie developers now.

And F~~~ EA. Everyone who works for them can die for all I care. EA is THE WORST COMPANY like 20 years running or some s~~~ by the BBB.

I love bioware games. In fact I only ever got into star wars because of KOTOR but I will NEVER buy one of their games ever again. or any game with EA on it. which is a shame cuz the new battlefront looks good.

My recommendation is to PIRATE any game you can form these micro transaction companies especially EA. You have to hit them where their wallet is.

I am not so sure Women had anything to do with pay to win, that is purely Corporate greed. World of Warcraft kept declining in popularity as they made it more user friendly and pay to win. What made it great eroded away due to Corporate greed. They tried to funnel everyone to the next expansion by killing off Twink brackets with each new expansion release. At the same time they tried to make the game more noob friendly as the goal is always more money so they wanted to make it for EVERYONE. This killed it to a degree. Many left for private servers, like me, years ago. At Blizzcon the f~~~wit replied to the push for old school servers “You think you do, but you don’t” (want old style servers). lol Welp, private servers blew up, and Bizz kept chasing them down and getting them shut down until…. RUSSIA! The last successful private server is now hosted in Russia, untouchable.

Now, just recently at Blizzcon they announced they will finally make a Vanilla legacy server… I guess enough jumped ship that they finally saw their error in not listening to their subscriber base!

You got to be willing to not pay for the s~~~ or they will see no need to change it. In Warcraft we like to call it the Treadmill. They like to keep you on a treadmill always chasing something with each next expansion that you have to buy to be competitive. Twink brackets were THRIVING until they culled them away to push them towards expansions. They don’t want happy customers who are having a blast in battlegrounds all day, they want junkies chasing something and having to pay for it on the regular.

As far as EA goes, I don’t play their stuff, but what I think is going on there is Political Agenda being inserted into games.
