Women do not belong in the workplace alongside men

I work at a warehouse and the women there are just terrible to work with. Sure there are some that keep to themselves and do their job, but most of them are terrible workers.

Most of them are ugly and fat, probably cause they couldn’t get a service job that involves being looked at. I’m sorry, that sounds terrible but several are young single mom’s that act ghetto and that’s probably why they’re working at a warehouse to begin with.

But the problem is, they don’t really belong there. They act like they don’t wanna be there and just chat and gossip all day. And I don’t want to bring race into this, but black girls that act ghetto and loud are the WORST.

Instead of doing their job, they always gotta get in mine and other people business. They talk loud and just don’t have any respect. Yesterday I tried to help this woman that was struggling to put a box up and tried to put it up for her and she just yelled at me and had an attitude like I did something wrong. When they’re no guys around to help unload a truck, they’re slow, feel like they gotta pass out after ten minutes, constantly nag and complain keeping my momentum down, but I never have an issue working with men. I’m gonna tell my supervisor that I just can’t work with the women there anymore. I’m too rough for them but I’m just doing the job right.

And not to sound sexist, but why do women when they get a bit of power, feel so full of themselves? It’s not that women can’t be a leader it’s just they act like bitches when they do and get so caught up with themselves. I see this at work, and they act condensending rather then being a leader. They have this stuck up tone and feels like they’re talking down on you rather then helping and getting involved, but that’s how the men supervisors act there. I can talk to them and feel like we’re working together as a team. Women in the office place just get this false sense of entitlement and it’s impossible to work with that. But this is what I gotta deal with every week.

Sorry if that sounds like a lot of rambling but I just gotta get that off my chest to people that understands my situation.

That is a mistake. Never help a woman out under any circumstance if they want to do a mans job let them do the mans job it is not your job to help them in any way. Ignore and avoid them from now on just ghost and do your job well and your supervisor will see the benefit of having you around vs. the woman who do nothing and complain all day long.

Finally if you don’t like the job you are doing or the environment you can always change your situation. There are many ways to research another job you might like to do and can study for if you have to.

i wouldn’t say they don’t belong in the workplace alongside men. if they can do the job, they can do the job. i’ve met plenty of competent women in the accounting field. now i’m teaching and there are many competent women teaching as well. workplaces that require physical labor, you may have a case.

Years ago I supervised a team including a few women, one day one arrive and I casually said ‘ Jane won’t be in she called in sick ‘ she then said ‘ what about me no one ever cares about me….

Crying all sorts, she was sort of jealous the other lady much older and with a good attendance record was sick..

Most should not be allowed in the work place.
