I’m sure everyone here has heard it, “It’s horrible that typically jobs that women take have less pay than male jobs” or some variation. Yes, outside of Nursing and Teaching, what typically female jobs do women have that are anything close to benefitting society that men have?

Female job = low skill job
Low skill job = low pay job

Not much more to it than that.

With even a tiny bit of effort to get the qualifications, a woman can have any job she wants, because employers are scrambling with all their might to get women into high-paid positions to fill their gender quotas and avoid lawsuits for discrimination.

But why should a woman expend any effort when she can make $1000 per night as a stripper? Better yet, she can let a man do all the work for her, marry him, divorce him, and take all his money.

Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.

Almost every women I have every worked with or as a subordinate too complained about one thing. Being overqualified for the position they were hired to do. Then they would systematically avoid all accountability for the tasks they were responsible for. Attempting to delegate every aspect that was indeed their responsibility to others. They will turn a simple issue like a missing item into a drama filled crapstorm that requires a meeting and intervention in policy.

Certain toxic versions of this would go as far as to attempt to garner support for seeking harassment cases against managers that called them out on their BS.

Its a tough position to be in working for one of the type women… Not worth the headache, best to get the skills you can at that job and find a better one.

After I left school I was working in a supermarket warehouse…the pay was crap and the work was crap. You have to start off at the bottom – something women need to understand

had some good mates though and it was an all male job – so were some pluses!
