Women Bosses

Ever notice how when women are put in a position of responsibility they always push the hard work on to other (Men) workers who they treat like crap while doing nothing but giving orders and flipping their hair.

It amazes me how these c~~~s are put in power at least with some Men in charge they recognize hard work and are nice to their workers. With Women it’s never their fault when they get paid the most money to handle the job it’s no wonder the economy has gone to hell with this going on in so many companies.

I have to admit that I’ve been extremely lucky when it comes to female bosses.

In my working life, I’ve had four extremely technically competent, fantastic bosses. No problem. I’d work for them again any day of the week.

But then I had one female boss that was so phenomenally s~~~ty that she nearly cancelled out the goodness of the other three.

Currently, I work under yet another female boss, and she’s another great one.

Again, I’m lucky.
