No offence to any Japanese men who may be on this site but Japanese culture seems twisted beyond even Western comparisons, they also seem very weird about sex, kind of obsessed and frightened by it all at once and the genders are even worse at mingling then they are in the West and other countries.

I can agree here.  But, I guess so long as the blur out part of the screen, it is all ok 😛

Oh the level of weirdness there.  The Japanese culture produces a LOT of weirdness, not just sexually.  It seems driven now by novelty, because of declining birthrates competing for fewer and fewer dollars.
