Women are Truly Never Thankful

You know what one thing is that REALLY sets me off?  Well, let me start with a little story here:

As most of you know, I have a female roommate who’s been VERY graciously housed by me in my one bedroom apartment.  I expected her to get a full-time job once she moved in with me.  She has a 2nd grade education (difficulty from being home schooled, though her brother motivated himself and graduated), and has no car or even a license to drive.  I did nothing to help her get back on her feet after losing her dad several months ago.  I exposed her to the real world.  She was expected to pay for her rent (I was nice enough to start it at $250 a month on my $785 a month rent, but upped it to $350…wow, she was angry about that!), pay for her own food, and take care of her much-worshiped cat.

I’ve noticed a pattern of how annoyed/angry she gets when I: 1) Misplace my keys or other important items (I’m the most forgetful person on the planet it seems, this is common), 2) play my music, movies, TV, YouTube videos too loud at night, 3) tell her I can’t take her somewhere that she “needs to go to”, 4) tell her that she owes me money.

Besides her, there is one other female me and my roommate speak to on occasion.  Though she’s likely not a NAWALT, she’s the closest thing to it that I know.  She has noticed the unfairness going on in the apartment and tells me the “girly secrets” they share when I’m away.  The latest thing she said made it take a LOT in me not to throw her stuff to the curb.  Apparently she thinks of myself and this other woman as “just acquaintances” and said that she’s moving to Florida because “no one wants to help her here and everyone just wants to take advantage of her.”  The only thing holding me back from tossing her garbage to the curb is I’m gonna get an extra bit of money from this AND a computer desk that I need.  She’ll be moving on July 9th.  Good riddance, really.  I sacrificed more than I should have while attempting to maintain my sanity and while making her take care of herself.  I wasn’t going to white knight by paying for her stuff, I was only giving her a place to sleep at night.

She’s lucky I discovered MGTOW after she moved in.

Oh, roomates.

Just got one treat for you guys. The thing is, my roommate is male (at least biologically) but he actually tried to use the pussy pass from his girlfriend. It didn’t work. Neither with me or with my landlord (she is a woman as well, and since his girlfriend don’t pay rent, she couldn’t care less for her). I might tell more later, don’t want to comment on it while s~~~ is still going down.

My advice would be this: get as much evidence as you can from the things she does, and from the things you have. That saved MY ass, it is better to be safe then sorrow.

It is a good thing she is moving out. Good luck to you. 🙂

Oh, evidence is definitely being gathered.  I also find it funny how she’s consuming my food and drinks and thinks I won’t notice.  I bought a 32 pack of water, drank maybe 5 over last week, and it was already halfway empty!  She bought a Brita filter almost 2 months ago and it had been empty the past 2 weeks!  I found a water bottle embedded in my couch that I knew wasn’t mine.  I pulled it out as the roommate and that other woman was in the living room (where I currently sleep), and said “who does this belong to…?”, and the roommate replied with “oh, that’s mine.  Sorry about that!”

You know what?  I can forgive that.  Why?  Because as soon as I found out she was drinking down my waters and using other kitchen resources of mine, I decided to secretly help myself to the spices she has hidden in “her” room by refilling my own with her’s.  I mean, hey, it’s only a fair exchange…she thinks she can be sneaky on me, but I’ve got the upper hand here.  I think half of her garlic powder is worth a bottle of water. 😉

July 9 can’t come too soon, and another state sounds like a good place for her to be.

@Megachris, really? I thought we had this conversation a few months ago when you were doing a blue pill move for some broad. You’re a “nice guy” you should paint a big target on your back that says “stab here, and there, and ever where!

Sad to say (Ha Ha) I have no recent stories of stumbling over female nonsense, not that the world’s finished with female nonsense, they’re not, I AM! It’s way easier to cohabit with a man than it is with a nuisance (woman). You’re still too nice to these stray women, next time drop them off at the pound, and RUN!

I was thinking along those lines while reading your story. Knowing what I know nowadays, there’s no way I would let a woman rent a room in my home.

A friend of mine was in a similar situation about 10 years ago. He had a female roommate that turned into a girlfriend and eventual wife. He is now going through a nasty divorce and is not allowed in his own house.

It’s funny, it was nearly right before that when this chick came to my place.  Needless to say, ever since then I’ve not done anything necessarily “nice” for anyone unless they pay me first…and they pay me a heck of a lot more than the chick that gave me a little change for helping her move.  😛

Had a good friend of mine over last night because he was willing to take one of my cats off my hands.  He met the roommate and immediately changed personality right before my eyes.  (Keep in mind, this guy is married, but he likes flirting around anyway…nothing more though.)  In front of my roommate, my friend started asking me things like “what’s with the misogynistic comments on Facebook lately to women?  You can’t lump them all together!”  That whole classic thing.  It was even more classic that my roommate was standing there looking at me and nodding in agreement with him.  I literally just shrugged it off.  Wasn’t worth getting into an argument, which it likely could have turned into.  Not that we would have gotten upset at each other or anything, but with my roommate there, it would have been a lovely 2-on-1 against me.  I’m not a fan of those, especially in my own apartment.

He was telling me to work for the company he works for (AT&T) and how he makes $20 an hour now.  He said he knows I’m suffering financially and he wants to help…see, that’s really awesome and all.  I wouldn’t mind making that much.  My problem is that despite my education, I’m really not that skilled at anything other than what I do here at my job making only $11.45…I can’t remember how to do anything I was only recently taught in the schools anyway.  I’d be fired pretty quickly for lack of performance.  So, I stay here, in the only thing that I can COMFORTABLY do.  Anyway, getting a little off track.

I’m just feeling lonely, depressed (for some weird reason), and broke lately, but very glad I’m not having to blow my paycheck on a wife.

You know what?  You’re right.  Only 10 days to go, and my metaphorical flag will be at full-mast!  It’s slowly raising now!  This is why I love coming to this site.  As I continually say, SCREW Facebook.  SCREW Tumblr (especially).  All that drek.  Seeing some of the stuff people on there is so stupid, and some of it makes me feel depressed and/or lonely.  This site actually makes me feel like I can look out for myself and I’ll turn out okay.  Like you said, money is only material anyway.  (My literal only worry is living paycheck to paycheck.  It’s stressful when OTHER payments come in at that time as well!)
