History shows that power generally corrupts, no matter the level, and no matter the person. History also shows that the people with true power are typically men (note that this does not mean men typically have power). Men with power of any kind very often turn into douchebags if they weren’t before. Many, however, already tended towards sociopathic tendencies, hence the lust for power. Throughout history we’ve seen some of the most horrific events unfold as directed by the men in charge, and performed by the men on the ground. Common sense says that men are behind the majority of awful things that have happened on this planet.
Of course, this group of men is very small and not representative of men as a whole since very few ever attain such levels of influence. Yet one has to think, would it really matter if it was a different group of men? Sure, events would be different, but in all likelihood we would have had just as much war and bloodshed…and for what exactly? Even at lower levels, many men abuse their power. Soldiers kill innocent civilians, managers treat hard working male workers like s~~~ (while not doing anything themselves), bullies stuff weaker kids into lockers, and so on.
And what about men with power who aren’t so evil? Well they seem fairly content paying slave wages and making sure the system stays that way. How fair and just!
On the flip side, history and common sense tell us that men with intelligence have been behind the majority of human progress. These men were more interested in scientific advancement and social progress than conquering other lands. Even these men, however, have strayed when given power.

Now women are a different story. Throughout history, women have not usually been in global power positions either due to lack of ability, lack of interest, or because men didn’t want them there (for good reason). In that sense, women have typically avoided directly causing war and genocide, and they certainly haven’t fought as soldiers as much as men. Instead, women have social and biological powers over men. Like any animal, and like men, women want comfort, so they use their powers to influence men into taking care of them.
Here’s the thing, while male power (leadership, intelligence, and advancement) is only achieved by relatively few men, ALL women have the power of male influence. So of course, women exert their power just like men do if given the opportunity. Do men have to listen to women? Nope, but many do to the detriment of society. When women DO gain prominence, society crumbles because they make terrible and ineffective leaders.
The point is that in today’s world, the people making the big decisions, as usual, are mostly men. Unfortunately, these men don’t give a s~~~ about anything except getting more money. Because men with any semblance of power are so selfish and greedy, they are outsourcing jobs, firing workers, and quite literally hoarding cash, meaning other men are left with less value. Men in charge are also subject to the influence of ANY woman, so of course they make women the priority. I mean, just look at all the legislation that favors women…that is men’s doing. Meanwhile, men not in charge grovel for the attention of women, ceding more power to them.
So pick your poison. Men in charge has led to global warfare over nothing. Women in charge has led to societal collapse. The average man with a shred of power turns into a douche. The average woman already has that power to begin with, hence the terrible s~~~ they do. Even worse, both sexes (so all of humanity…) are generally unable to hear any kind of criticism without getting upset (see: this topic), not to mention actually take it to heart.
Self-reflection is a powerful tool that I suggest everyone utilize. Or you can just argue that men are great and women suck. Reality isn’t going to change either way unless you change it.

Women define pathetic as “doesn’t serve the needs and desires of women”, which is not the same thing as what it actually means (though there is some overlap). It’s the same way that women misuse other words like “immature” and “loser” and, well, pretty much every malignment on men by women.

Even if women were the primary voters…men are still the ones in the power position. All this talk about responsibility, yet you guys are giving these men a total pass. Who cares that women vote when men make up the vast majority of government and business leadership. There have been plenty of democrats and republicans, both are completely useless.
And yeah, women spend more money. Where does that money come from? Could it be the men giving it to them? Maybe they uh…shouldn’t do that if they don’t want to deal with spoiled brat women everywhere.

3. Why do you keep saying I’m doing things that I’m not doing? Nobody is lumping anything. Did we just arrive at this point in our culture out of thin air? Why are you trying to protect men who have done (and are doing) damage to the average man and society as a whole? Is it because they are men?
