It seems as though women want to be men so badly they will take on typically masculine jobs, rise to positions of power (even though their work is usually sub-par), then try to pretend that their skills are actually better than their male co-workers. There’s a word for this: Delusional! And we have Feminism to thank.

I have seen women in charge. I don’t hang around for long.

Normally a man steps in ….. and I don’t want it being me.

In charge means you also take the responsibility which for some reason … they avoid.

Then they rise to CEO because the board says “we need to hire a female CEO so we can look like a “progressive” company in front of the feminist media”. Then they wreck their company but still get their golden parachutes for their “performance”. Then they run for President because they think their vagina is the only qualification needed. Then they call men sexist for voting for male candidates but they don’t call women sexist for voting for them.

Never met a female boss worth a damn and I’ve worked under many. They always claim to be “detail oriented” but in reality, nitpicky as f~~~.

I’ve got a head office full of women. The entire staff is begging for male influence in the head office because it’s just a hen house. Gossiping, bitching, forming cliques, scheming, backstabbing, threats and manipulation. Even the female staff are begging for a man to take over, but these women go and do the same s~~~ too. Here’s what my experience has shown me. Men lead. Women nest. They’re only concerned with their own security so they build little empires and fiefdoms within the office. It’s a fiasco.

So much bitterness, passive aggressiveness and the silliest catfights over the dumbest things. The department was quiet but the tension was thick. On the other side with the all male department, any problems would be eked out quickly and settled once and for all. Few days later these same fighting men would be out having a smoke together.

Women never forget an argument and can’t let s~~~ go. Happens in house and workplace. Men will forget it, not because they can’t remember, but because evolution taught us if you’re going to survive hunting in the wild, everyone needs to work together.

I used to have a female boss back in 1987 when I worked at one of the Northern California hospitals. She was fairly young and Black; and a colossal nitpick and control freak. After putting up with her s~~~ for 5 or 6 months I left. The young guy who took over my position lasted about as long as I did before quitting.
