Ahh, not so. One of the reasons why he and Kim argued so much before he got famous – was because she wanted him to give up his dream. She was tired of him spending so much time at the studio, chasing an ambition which she kept saying was not going to happen. By Eminem’s own admission, she was supportive when they were children, but once they grew up, she became highly dismissive. She kept insisting that the whole thing was dumb, and that it would never see the light of day.

So unless you mean that she provided emotional support in the sense that…putting him down every day just made him want to do it more, that lawyer is full of s~~~. All of this “behind every great man is an even greater woman” crap is hot air. Behind every great man is a woman who’s only there if your dream is benefiting her. But I realise that that doesn’t have the same ring to it.

It’s not that they crush dreams, more like they rope you into fullfilling their dreams. Every moment of your precious time on earth is to be spent making her comfortable and happy. You buy a house, its too small, too big, too old, too hot, too cold. You will be constantly given more projects than you can handle, forever drowning. Good luck finding time for your own dreams.
