This one was particularly brilliant! https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/nation-now/2018/06/22/uber-self-driving-car-crash-tempe-police-elaine-herzberg/724693002/ This story really bothers me because I have a long commute 5 days a week and I know that the day is coming when more cars become “autonomous” thereby giving women the excuse to pay even less attention to the road than they already are right now.

Dr. Veritas' Red Pill dosage recommendation: Once a day or more as needed.

And this is why I own AAPL and GOOG. Give me your money, woman.

Don't stick your dick into anyone you aren't willing to put up with for eighteen years and nine months.

I remember women being the early adopters of smartphones in 1997 or so. Women were on the things and men made fun of them. Now we are all on smart phones.

I have a subnet mask calculator because I’m too lazy to write it out I use my phone to study for a plus and mta. Banking in 38 states check court schedule map music forums in 6 countries photos language practice car maintenance job search. Waffle house locator alarm clock med reorder calendar Everything I do all day is on the phone.

    AGREED ON THE SUBNET calculator.

But makes you wonder. IPV6 needs none. And REALLY, the way people segment their networks with subnets just slows everything down.

    But whatever. 🙂

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

The only thing “smart” about their phones are the men who invented these devices. But in the hands of the hive these wonders of technology quickly become the tool of idiots.

Smart phones combined with Facebook played a major indirect role in my choice of MGTOW. I know I’m not the only one.

    Exactly.

Garbage in, garbage out, is as true as ever.

+1 for Subnet Calc. I personally thought the IPV4 address issue was overblown, and perhaps simply a call to arms to cull the herd a bit.

Those two inventions changed the course of modern society in a profound and unfathomable way. There are some interviews with Chamath Palihapitiya and Sean Parker, both founders of Facebook, expressing guilt over what they had created. The engineering team knew that giving someone a dopamine hit would keep them addicted.

The problem with AI drivers right now is that they’re worse than teenagers fresh on the road with their licenses. They need to learn from mistakes, unfortunately ‘mistakes’ means crashes, and potential loss of life. Both are high risk on the road.

    Naw.

We’ve had the technology for flying cars for decades, they’ve been promising flying cars for even longer, and yet where are the flying cars?

It’s a matter of liability. Flying cars will never be a thing because no company in its right mind would insure such a thing. So when a self driving car plows through a pile of pedestrians, who gets sued? The car’s passenger? He’s not a driver any more. Or the company that made the car? Or the programmer who included the bug that made the car go all Death Race?

We have enough trouble with stop, go, left, right. No need to add up and down to the equation.

You are correct. In the 1950s I first saw a flying car in Popular Mechanics or a similar magazine. It was a joke back then that one could speed and when the cops tried to catch you, you just took to the air.
