So I skipper scuba diving boats on the Great Barrier Reef, and most of the crew onboard the boat I drive are beautiful women as the owner of the company is an old perv. needless to say they are great to look at but a pain the arse when it comes to getting things done on a boat.
There are a few rather very responsible jobs to do on board as in taking first time divers and also driving smaller glass bottom boats with guests (operating said boat under my licence)
there is obviously the odd fvck up and things need to be dealt with to make sure repeats don’t occur and it is here I have had to change my methods of delivery to get it into the heads of these bimbos the seriousness of the job.
If I straight up pull them on a mistake and point out what they did wrong I become the bad guy and all the usual deflection begins, however now instead I point out all the things that they can and have to do in order to get the job done safely so they are in control of the situation. This has interesting results and not completely positive but it takes the heat off me big time.

One such case was yesterday this chick took the glass bottom boat with full guests off the main vessel to do a trip and didn’t account for the change in winds, completely cooked it and nearly propped the mooring line. Instead of losing my s~~~ in the wheel house I discussed that everytime you leave a berth you look at every possible variable, wind, tide, who is throwing lines ect. the response was funny as hell as the penny dropped that you don’t just do things you actually have to take responsibility and stand up to make things happen. the result…tears all afternoon and drinking herself into a stupor that evening seperate from the rest of us at the bar nearby.

I figure If I have to work with these bitches I might as well covertly break them or at least weed them out.
it is tireing though and not sure I’m interested in much more of it.

have you guys got stories of this type in the workplace?

“If a young man gets married, starts a family, and spends the rest of his life working at a soul-destroying job, he is held up as an example of virtue and responsibility. The other type of man, living only for himself, working only for himself, doing first one thing and then another simply because he enjoys it and because he has to keep only himself, sleeping where and when he wants, and facing woman when he meets her, on equal terms and not as one of a million slaves, is rejected by society. The free, unshackled man has no place in its midst.” ― Esther Vilar, The Manipulated Man

your dead right there…the same chick also popped the inflateable tender, this was a mistake and there was a sharp edge on the main vessel that I fixed. But at the end of the day when it was getting proffessionally fixed and I sent home all the crew bar myself and the mate, this chick got her bag and was on the way out the door until I pulled her up and said your helping us put this back on the boat! she cried then too…..

It was alright that my afternoon was f~~~ed and she could go home aparently. not today sweet cheeks.

I am thinking total calm but not giving an inch is best to deal with women at work but also to safe guard yourself. but I am still young and perhaps don’t see the forest for the trees

I was banging a flight attendant during my blue pill era (had five airlines covered in my stats for banging flight attendants: Alaska, Delta, United, Southwest and American. I believed in diversifying my aviation portfolio during my blue pill era. Important to note: 3 were married, 1 engaged, 1 had a ‘boyfriend’) –

Anyway, that pumpkin got home from a couple of flights the prior day and told me an old guy had a heart attack during a flight and the flight attendant closest to him yelled to my pumpkin to get some kind of electro shocking device unit which she got and brought back and was told to use. She admitted to me that she froze up and panicked, so a male flight attendant (gay guy) got in, opened up the unit, and shocked the heart attack guy multiple times.

The dude still died but the point is, Pumpkin was worthless during the whole incident.

Classic! I was on a boat as a Mate once and had an old chick drown on a dive, we got her on deck and started cpr and had the Defibrillator on her straight away. didn’t really remember til you just posted that that the only chick working on her was an ex israeli army medic chick the rest of us were guys on O2 and chest compressions. the other dumb bitches just stood around in shock horror. The skipper actually got them organising the rest of the guests instead from memory.

Being Captain of a boat is as important as flying a plane. You dont see many female pilots too…

Anyone can be a clutz, but tearing up expensive equipment and causing danger cant continue… I imagine there should be a low tolerance for that kind if sh!t

Weed out the non hackers bro! female and male alike

tears all afternoon and drinking herself into a stupor that evening seperate from the rest of us at the bar nearby.

And wailing to her fellow b!tches that she’s trying her best but you find fault with everything does. Her side of the story will paint you as an insufferable mansplainer who won’t take her seriously as an equal.

Women are not encoded to risk and rescue. They’re not taught from birth onward that it’s their job to take a bullet for someone. They are taught the opposite. That any man worth his salt will take the bullets for her. Why the hell would they start to believe any differently now?

Aren’t you concerned the owner is going to be p~~~ed at you for making his girls cry?

Don’t get yourself accused of rape or harassment.

I hear that women can be vindictive at times.

I learned…. JUST go along with it and get more hours. In fact, if I get a job where it is hourly? I just go HER SPEED the whole time. A job that would have taken me a day, may take me a week… Great. More pay more work and more hours.

I stopped fighting it when someone else is paying the bills. So whatever.

On my last contract work I did, these people kept me at a job site for 8 hours. Something that could of took just 2 hours. Guess what? I just kept doing as SHE said to do over the phone. Everytime they called, I came to a dead stop, and I answered the phone each and every time. You want an update? SURE! I told them all about it. Instead of making 100 bucks per site, I made $400 bucks on just ONE SITE.

THen they complain how long it took. Well what did you expect? LOL!

This one time at a COstco, it took me 14 hours to do a job. Why? THey kept saying I need to call the 3 different call centers to give them an update. Each time I had to get on a lift, climb a ladder, and get back down each time they called for an “UPDATE on progress”. I told them that the I can’t take my phone up there on the Lift, and I’m working in the ceiling, I can’t use my phone up there.. as I would need a spare hand to dial and answer and it would be dangerous. I’m hanging 100 feet from the ground pulling wires.

So I forward all my calls to the manger of the store, and FINALLY he told them off and told them to stop calling so they could go home for the night and to let me finish!

The other time, I just get them in a group call, and they sit there and argue with each other! It was GOLDEN!

One time.. THey were all waiting to get Blueprints and the phone call was 3 hours long. Yup. THEY WERE ALL ON THE CALL FOR 3 HORUS! I was done with the job and just had to clean up. But it took them 4 hours before they let me go.. I was sitting on my laptop on MGTOW.com posting here while they finished up.. and gave me the okay to leave the site. All billed on their time.

When problems happen? I just let them happen and let the women take as much time as they need to feel they are doing something.

Last time… I ended up interviewing, I could have had a week of work but I would have brought down the whole entire clinic.. They wanted me to pull the whole network they were using.. THat would have taken the whole clinic down. I should have just said.. OKAY! That would have been a WEEKS worth of work. And it would have been all the women on the lines fault on the group call. But I did the right thing and said…

Um.. DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW WAN’s ANd LAN’s and VOIP works? You can’t just switch network providers and make it all work afterwards? They had 3 different ISP’s on site.. And wanted me to take down all of it.. It would have left the clinic stranded for about a week.. or more..

I had to call the clinics owner and say “Did you know…Your clinic was about to be taken offline for a week? Yea.. He was not really amused..

I really need to get my LVE contractors licence. I would be making that $270,000 a year easy.

It’s a responsible job and they aren’t up to it, so conflict is inevitable. As Bstoff says, sooner or later some hole is going to get her revenge by making a false allegation.

you actually have to take responsibility and stand up to make things happen

With women… will never happen. EVER.

I can see where you are coming from here, I guess I am stuck between a rock and a hard place as the buck stops with me as well as responsibility for what goes down on board. But the other side of it is getting women to function responsibly.

I can’t help but laugh sometimes the position I found myself in surrounded by halfwit bimbos trying to get them to take responsibility. After splitting from my ex and finding MGTOW it seems I have found even more of the same insanity!!

Whats the LVE acronym stand for?

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

    Low Voltage Electrician.

Think everything not 120 volts and above.

Do you have a Target near you? Imagine everything in that store including the lights, I ran a wire to. Hooked it up. Or made it work or display something.

    Basic small job.

    Basically? This..

    Women are a liability.
They usually don’t perform well in crisis situations.
Women do have a talent for complaining.
