I had an Asian friend warn me about this. He says that all of them trying to marry an American are doing it for a Green Card and a wallet. There is no shortage of men in China, so what else can it be ?

Told me about a few he knew in school who learned English just to be gold diggers.

He told me the same thing too when I asked him back in the 1990’s. “If you get burned, I warned you !”
